Welcome to 904 Pacific Street where bright and airy is your new feeling, your new way of life! Enter the building through a Miami-like breezeway and stroll past the building's spacious courtyard as you enter the well appointed lobby with soaring ceilings. A short elevator ride (or 1 flight of steps) brings you to apartment #201 where the open floor plan, high ceilings and plenty of blue sky adds to the airy and loft like feeling of this sleek and modern unit. This lovely apartment features Bosch kitchen appliances, central air conditioning & heating, in unit washer/dryer and a video intercom. The en-suite master bathroom includes double vanities, a huge shower stall with rainfall showerhead plus a separate, deep soaking tub.

If that isn't enough, you get to enjoy a separate half bathroom off of the living area which also hosts the stacked Bosch laundry appliances in a separate closet. Last, but not least, the final cherry on top of any NYC apartment is a deeded storage unit in the basement! Over 72 cubic feet for all your hobbies, tools or off-season clothes kept in the building!

904 Pacific boasts a 50' indoor swimming pool, sauna, and gym for your convenience. Across the street in the sister buildings you'll find added amenities like the Kid's Play Room, Game Lounge with Billiards & Ping-Pong, Full Size Screening Room and Business Center. All included in the low $585 monthly common charges for unit 201. Best of all, the 421(a) tax abatement (thru 2036) keeps the monthly costs low with RE taxes at $26.

Fantastic location where Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill and Crown Heights intersect and tucked between the Vanderbilt, Washington and Franklin avenues' thriving bar and restaurant scene. Prospect Park, The BK Museum of Art, and the BK Botanic Gardens are just a brief 10 minute walk away. Vanderbilt is foodie heaven, with the award-winning Olmstead, Alta Calidad, and Chuko Ramen. Washington has super-popular Ogliastro, Look Thai and Sunshine Co. 904 Pacific is convenient to the C/S/B/Q/2/3/4/5 trains.

Crown Heights | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Originally known as Crown Hill by the Lenape Indians that lived there, Crown Heights has evolved into a diverse neighborhood, occupied primarily by Hasidic Jews and one of the largest Caribbean populations to be found anywhere outside of the West Indies.

Head over to Nostrand Avenue, one of the main West Indian commercial areas in the neighborhood, which is lined with stores that have been in those exact same places for generations, providing their goods and services to area residents. Kingston Avenue has similar commercial activities that support the Jewish community, and Franklin Avenue shows the most signs of change and gentrification, with an ever-expanding mix of yoga studios, coffee shops, and organic grocery stores that serve the influx of young professionals. No matter which of these areas you visit, you will find an interesting mix of businesses that you wouldn’t normally picture as existing side-by-side. It is all part of the cultural diversity of Crown Heights.

The neighborhood is bisected, from east to west, by Eastern Parkway, which is a beautiful, 3-mile-long boulevard lined with mature trees. This leafy oasis was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, famed designer of Central Park, the Biltmore Estate in North Carolina, and the U. S. Capitol in Washington, D. C.

You will find a mix of low-rise apartment buildings, large middle-class elevator buildings, brownstones, and some luxury buildings. Century-old architecture stands next to modern residential developments in a visually interesting mix of styles, much as the diversity of the residents exists. People who would not normally meet and mix are forging new pathways to cultural understanding by working, living, and playing together in the same neighborhood.
