This condo is a beautiful 1 Bed / 1 Bath 650 SF apartment located in the historic American Tract Society Building at 150 Nassau St., which is adjacent to the 76 story Silver Frank Gehry Rental Building. This gorgeous apartment faces the west and features stunning architectural details: 10ft ceilings, floor-to-ceiling oversized arched windows with hand forged 19th Century Wrought Iron window guards in both the living room and bedroom; the windows are unique to the fifth floor. There are two large closets and French oak wooden floors throughout.

The open style kitchen is well-equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, KitchenAid professional stove & microwave and a Miele dishwasher. The charming oversized mahogany cabinets offer generous storage while the black granite countertop doubles as a breakfast bar.

The generously sized bathroom easily fits a king size bed with extra room to spare. The custom bathroom boasts beautiful polished Carrera Marble tile work and Kohler fixtures.

This beautiful Beaux-Arts style building at 150 Nassau was once the tallest building in the world-- it was built in 1896 and was converted in 2002. Amenities include a 24-hour attentive doorman, on-floor laundry room, parking garage, gym and a well-designed roof deck with 360-degree panoramic views of the city. Note: 150 Nassau is not a transient building with people moving in and out all the time.

Centrally situated within steps from City Hall Park, this Financial District apartment is conveniently within two blocks of Fulton Street station, where most subway lines converge (2/3/4/5/6/A/C/E/R/W/J/Z), and also the WTC PATH station.

The neighborhood is rife with dining and shopping; Seaport, Brookfield Place, the Oculus, Eataly, and Whole Foods are all easily walkable, while the nearby Hudson River Park is great for outdoors activities such as jogging, cycling, dog walking, kayaking, and more.

Seaport District | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The Seaport District sits between the Financial District to the south and the Brooklyn Bridge to the north. The original Seaport designation was limited to the streets east of Water Street from Fletcher Street to Dover Street and incorporated the actual Seaport and the piers. But no more. Today, the neighborhood boundaries have expanded westward toward Park Row and include a surge of new developments in the area around Pace University and City Hall Park.

This is not your father’s Seaport. It is no longer a commercial hub and the seafood industry, which operated out of the port for nearly two hundred years, has been displaced. The older low-rise buildings that line these cobblestoned streets have been repositioned, the SouthBridge towers complex to the east of Water Street has gone free market, multiple commercial buildings have been converted to residential usage and new gleaming residential towers are rising on the site of the iconic J&R Music World which once lined the east side of Park Row.

Still, the Seaport is a small neighborhood, particularly quaint just north of Beekman Street. The streets are dominated by century-old warehouses and maritime buildings which gives the neighborhood its overt character. The Brooklyn Bridge, on its northern edge, looms in the backdrop.
