The apartment has a spacious living room with two large windows, a large, quiet bedroom facing the backyard with trees all around. There is a full size bathroom with a bathtub and a window facing the back. There is a separate kitchen with a window off of the living room.
There are huge closets in the living room and bedroom and a decent sized closet in the hallway, providing plenty of storage space. There are hardwood floors throughout. Clinton Hill/Fort Greene is the perfect Brooklyn neighborhood. Fort Green Park, with it's wonderful Saturday farmers' market is a 7 minute walk away. There are great restaurants and bars around the corner on Myrtle Avenue and on Dekalb Avenue. We are right around the corner from a Key Food supermarket and other small produce markets, a laundromat right on the corner, and all other conveniences. Although technically in Clinton Hill, our block feels like a continuation of Fort Greene (it's like getting the best of these two great neighborhoods). It's also close to Manhattan and accessible to the G and C trains. We are a 5 minute walk from the G train, and a 10 minute walk from the C train (Clinton-Washington stops). It takes 20 minutes to get to Manhattan. There are also several busses that stop around the corner, and a Citibike stand right on our corner.
Available September 1, 2020. $2550/month, including gas, heat & hot water.
