The bedroom fits a queen bed and a slim table/chair which we used as a breakfast bar / work desk (as shown in the picture). The living room fits a desk / chair and large fold-out couch. The bedroom and the living room are at opposite ends so there is a bit of separation.Apartment will be unfurnished (or if you like their furniture they would be happy to sell it to you).

Landlord requires the normal NYC application process. One key criteria is that applicants need to have a household income of 45x the monthly rent, they also accept guarantors.
