Gramercy House is a 1902 loft building situated one block west of the renowned lush Gramercy Park. The building was converted in 1977 by Gordon Matta-Clark and Les Levine, both major influential artists. Other important artists, Julian Schnabel and Anselm Keifer enjoyed living and working here at 24 East 20th Street, and the building continues to be the home of choice for collectors and artists of note.
