Living room on it’s own is 16’ x 11’3 with high ceilings and white walls. Illuminated ceiling fan, air conditioners. Living room is down the hall from the main bedroom, which is great layout for entertaining. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, guests can sleep here, and be far away from the master bedroom, or a second bedroom. South facing, bright and sunny. The bonus room is a 10’5” x 8’9”windowed, and can be used as a walk-in closet (currently built out with a lot of hanging space) sleeping room or office. The main bedroom (could also be used as a formal living room): across the street from a white Romanesque church, with two windows and lots of light. A 12 × 13’ 6” room. It’s at the opposite end of the apartment from the second bedroom and bathroom, down the hall from the rest of the activity.
