Property Description for 465 Pacific Street, 4-A

4A is also being offered fully furnished at a monthly rent of $8,750.

Welcome home to Residence 4A, a triple-exposure, mint-condition three bedroom in one of Boerum Hill's most celebrated new developments. 465 Pacific Street is a ground up, Morris Adjmi Architects designed condo discreetly tucked away from the historic blocks of landmarked Boerum Hill. With only 30 units total, 465 Pacific offers residents a private and peaceful location nestled amongst the most dynamic Brooklyn neighborhoods.

Defining features of 4A, a 1,546 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath home include: nearly 10 foot ceilings, a 715 square foot wrap terrace with a dedicated gas line for bbq, three exposures overlooking Pacific Street, Nevins Street and Atlantic Avenue; and virtually brand new, hardly lived in interiors with immaculate finishes. This turnkey apartment features one of the largest living rooms in the building, with massive floor to ceiling windows and two doors that open out onto the private terrace. Natural light bathes the apartment and highlights an organic and rich color palette seen throughout the finishes and designer furnishings. The custom built windowed kitchen features Bianco Dolomiti marble countertops, waterfall and backsplash, light grey tinted cabinetry and an integrated suite of Liebherr, Bosch, Bertazzoni and Wolf appliances. All of this is complemented by Lefroy Brooks fixtures and a large walk around island with a breakfast bar. All three bedrooms in 4A are winged, offering complete privacy from one another. The master has a custom outfitted walk in closet, stunning designer wallpaper, a built in rosewood headboard, a large door leading to the wrap terrace and a beautifully appointed five fixture master bathroom. The master bath is finished in Bianco Dolomiti marble tile and honed arctic grey chevron-patterned marble floors. Custom double vanities with flush-mounted sinks, finished in rift-sawn silver oak, are framed in Bianco Dolomiti marble with Lefroy Brooks fixtures. The second and third bedrooms and second full bathroom are down the hall from the master. Both bedrooms have large closets and are generously sized to accommodate a guest bedroom, a nursery or a home office. Additional features include in-unit washer/dryer and oil finished oak floors.

465 Pacific Street was developed by Avery Hall Partners and completed in 2016. This 30-unit condominium features a doorman seven days a week, a large fitness center, covered deeded parking, a stunning double height residents lounge on the second floor, an adjacent children’s playroom, private storage, bike storage and a full time resident manager. With dual entrances on Pacific Street and Atlantic Avenue, the building is highly sought after for it’s convenience, timeless design, boutique size and unbeatable location in the heart of Boerum Hill.

Boerum Hill | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Boerum Hill is a tiny, quiet, primarily residential neighborhood in Brooklyn. There are broad tree-lined streets that are filled with elegant three and four-story brownstones and townhouses, mostly built between 1840 and 1870. There is a definite family vibe to the neighborhood, but young professionals are moving in, and with them are coming trendy bars to cater to their desire for some measure of nightlife, without having to linger in Manhattan. These new bars and restaurants are being sandwiched in amongst existing shops on both Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street, which are the main commercial areas in Boerum Hill.

Boerum Hill offers a convenient location that is still able to maintain its small-neighborhood feel. Shopkeepers value their customers and remember their regulars. It continues to do what it was designed to do, namely provide small-town living in the very shadow of the big city. Boerum Hill is an easy commute to other parts of the city, making it easy to come home every day to the peace and tranquility of Boerum Hill while commuting to a job anywhere in the city.

The neighborhood is quite walkable and you can take the time to catch up with your neighbors while visiting on their stoops. Shopping on Atlantic Avenue is stress-free with no high pressure. You can meet with friends at any of the many coffee shops and while away pleasant hours in conversation. The dining scene on Smith Street is similarly laid-back. Don’t expect that there will be quite as much to see or do as there is in Manhattan, but there are a decent number of interesting bars and restaurants providing a measure of nightlife. The trade-off is worth it, as Boerum Hill provides a quiet, peaceful place to live and raise a family.
