This is a rather exceptional two bedroom two bath 1100sqft townhouse floor on one of Park Slopes most sought after tree lined blocks. Carroll Street less than 1.5 blocks from Prospect Park does not get any better if you like the Slope and looking for lots of leafy green trees and impressive looking townhouses with period facades.This is one of my favorite side streets for sure.
