Property Description for 333 Pearl Street, 19-A

Amazing and decadently gut-renovated alcove studio with unbeatable panoramic river and bridge views!

This is arguably the best studio with the highest level of renovation to ever hit the market in Southbridge Towers. It has it all: Maximum water/bridge views; balcony with added wooden deck; state-of-the-art chef's kitchen; windowed sleeping area which comfortably fits a queen-sized bed; ultra-low maintenance of $468 which INCLUDES electricity and all other utilities; a large living area; and an extraordinarily-renovated bathroom where no expense was spared.

At 14' by 15', the square footage of this living space is larger than many true one bedroom living rooms. The unusually wide living area features new white oak flooring that has been stained a beautiful matte black. There is also a built-in custom entertainment center with space in it for a home office. The gorgeous kitchen features all-custom cabinetry, Basalt sink, Murano glass backsplash, Bertalozzi gas stove, GE microwave and dishwasher, granite countertops, and recessed soffit lighting.

One of the most impressive aspects of this home is the bathroom. Every square inch of the floors and walls are imported Carrera gold marble. The bathroom sink was custom-built for the space, as was the medicine cabinet. There is also a beautiful vanity table that is included in the purchase. The bathroom additionally features a custom built-out closet. The fixtures were hand-picked by the current owners and top-of-the-line.

The windowed sleeping area is about 10' x 10' and comfortably fits a queen sized bed with nightstands. The balcony is a spacious 10'7" x 7'2" enough for dining al fresco, lounging with friends, or just taking in the extraordinary views.

333 Pearl Street is an extremely conveniently located building- a very short walk to the A,C,2,3,J,Z,4,5,6 trains and about 8 minutes walking to the R train. It features an attended lobby, three elevators, onsite parking, onsite storage, large renovated laundry room, and is pet friendly. Located between the blossoming South Street Seaport area (with the newly-opened Pier 17), and such luxury dining options as Nobu, Augustine, and Temple Court. One of the greatest features of this wonderful home are the extremely strong financials of the cooperative along with unheard-of maintenance of $468 per month (which includes both real estate taxes and electricity). Seaport District | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The Seaport District sits between the Financial District to the south and the Brooklyn Bridge to the north. The original Seaport designation was limited to the streets east of Water Street from Fletcher Street to Dover Street and incorporated the actual Seaport and the piers. But no more. Today, the neighborhood boundaries have expanded westward toward Park Row and include a surge of new developments in the area around Pace University and City Hall Park.

This is not your father’s Seaport. It is no longer a commercial hub and the seafood industry, which operated out of the port for nearly two hundred years, has been displaced. The older low-rise buildings that line these cobblestoned streets have been repositioned, the SouthBridge towers complex to the east of Water Street has gone free market, multiple commercial buildings have been converted to residential usage and new gleaming residential towers are rising on the site of the iconic J&R Music World which once lined the east side of Park Row.

Still, the Seaport is a small neighborhood, particularly quaint just north of Beekman Street. The streets are dominated by century-old warehouses and maritime buildings which gives the neighborhood its overt character. The Brooklyn Bridge, on its northern edge, looms in the backdrop.
