This newly designed and built over approximately 2400 square feet architectural residence with ten foot ceilings is one of the largest residences in the building and offers open West and East exposures with city and partial Hudson river sunset views.

Upon entering the dramatic formal entrance gallery this elegant and important home invites you to entertain and live in great style.

To the west with cinematic city and sunset views, the beautifully appointed great room features a pristine and ingeniously designed modern kitchen with Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, including an integrated Miele coffee system, and Caesar stone counters. The floor- to-ceiling paneled teak pocket door of the private, second bedroom wing with its own spa-inspired bathroom may be opened to the already vast living space to create an entertaining environment of truly epic proportions.

The luxurious study or media room with custom millwork also serves as an ideal guest room with its own full bathroom. The entire apartment has hard wired ceiling speakers providing professional quality sound throughout and connected to a Denon sound system server in the study, which controls data input (web, iPod) and output to the living zone and to each room individually, or combination. The Denon system can be controlled from smart phone or iPad.

To the east, the truly decadent private master suite features a large, walk- in closet, sitting area, lavish bathroom with dual sinks, separate shower and soaking tub, and even a beautifully designed master dressing room.

Light floods this beautiful apartment all day from its dual exposures, and for evening, a notable lighting designer created a very special environment with recessed and cove LED illumination. Penthouse 2CE features wide-plank cerused solid wood flooring, custom closets and shelving throughout, climate control in each room, and its own in-unit Miele laundry facilities.

The impeccably run Setai Wall Street is a modern full service five star condominium and offers exciting amenities such as in-house spa service, fitness room, lounge, rooftop terrace, bike-and private storage as well as valet service and 24/7 doorman.

Financial District | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The Financial District (FiDi) today is a bit of a hybrid neighborhood, as the residential component continues to grow in an area that has been historically dominated by the financial and insurance industries. The residential experiment, which began more than two decades ago, continues to evolve in an area with a large concentration of older, large office buildings. Developers have taken to these aged buildings and have re-positioned them as residential properties. In turn, the public spaces, services and retail establishments needed for a thriving residential neighborhood have followed making this an important destination for city residents.

Since 2000, the residential population of the Financial District has nearly tripled in size from about 23,000 residents to more than 60,000 inhabitants. Many of the residential pioneers to FiDi were people attracted to the lower rents in the neighborhood, particularly the post-collegiate crowd. While the millennials still maintain a large footprint here, there are plenty of families that now consider the Wall Street area home.

Many of those that live in the Financial District walk to work. If you reside here and need to commute elsewhere, the transportation from here is about as good as it gets. Express trains can take you to Midtown, either east or west, in twenty minutes. Brooklyn is but a single subway stop away. There are also ferries across to Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.
