20 FT Ceilings with South Western exposure bring incredible light and view of New York Harbor into your grand Living Room. The curved glass and floor to ceiling windows bring water views into every room of this 2,302 SFT 3BR/3.5 BTH corner home.

The open kitchen layout is perfect for entertaining as the waterfall granite island elongates the chef's kitchen with custom stained walnut cabinetry, built-in Miele and Subzero appliances like 5 burner gas cooktop, side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, and a range hood that vents directly to the outside.

The Primary Bedroom which looks onto the Hudson River consists of a walk-in closet and luxurious en-suite bathroom. The fully marbled bathroom features a floating, backlit double vanity, radiant floor heating, a deep soaking tub, a waterfall standing shower, and a separate electronic Toto toilet with built-in bidet.

The second and third bedroom are located on the southern wing of the apartment and separated from the living space by a discreet pocket door. It also contains the washer & dryer which are vented outside. These rooms look on to serene views of New York Harbor and are outfitted with generous closets and en-suite bathrooms. A powder room is conveniently located next to the living room for guests.

50 West, a 64-story residential tower located in the center of the New Downtown, features unparalleled views of the New York Harbor, the Hudson and East Rivers, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island. Internationally-acclaimed architect Helmut Jahn has designed the approximately 780' skyscraper to feature floor-to-ceiling curved glass windows.

Four floors of the luxury residential tower are devoted to state-of-the-art amenities: an immense Fitness Center, the beautifully-appointed Water Club with 60ft lap pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, unique children’s amenities, and The Observatory at 50 West Street, a spectacular 64th floor outdoor entertaining space with seemingly infinite views of New York and beyond.

Financial District | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The Financial District (FiDi) today is a bit of a hybrid neighborhood, as the residential component continues to grow in an area that has been historically dominated by the financial and insurance industries. The residential experiment, which began more than two decades ago, continues to evolve in an area with a large concentration of older, large office buildings. Developers have taken to these aged buildings and have re-positioned them as residential properties. In turn, the public spaces, services and retail establishments needed for a thriving residential neighborhood have followed making this an important destination for city residents.

Since 2000, the residential population of the Financial District has nearly tripled in size from about 23,000 residents to more than 60,000 inhabitants. Many of the residential pioneers to FiDi were people attracted to the lower rents in the neighborhood, particularly the post-collegiate crowd. While the millennials still maintain a large footprint here, there are plenty of families that now consider the Wall Street area home.

Many of those that live in the Financial District walk to work. If you reside here and need to commute elsewhere, the transportation from here is about as good as it gets. Express trains can take you to Midtown, either east or west, in twenty minutes. Brooklyn is but a single subway stop away. There are also ferries across to Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.
