NO FEE - A phenomenally spacious and bright 2 bedroom home in the very heart of Carroll Gardens and Cobble Hill is now within reach. Apartment 2 at 71 Wyckoff is one of those gems that you won't believe is out there. Everything is modern and updated, with a Bosch stacked in-unit washer and dryer. The large 2 real bedrooms (1 is a huge king sized bedroom and the other is an oversized queen) are ideally separated so you can have optimal privacy. The huge pass through modern kitchen is equipped with every appliance (dishwasher and microwave) so you can awaken that inner home chef that I'm sure you've been cultivating during the Covid crisis. The AC's are all through-the-wall and tucked away to provide maximum comfort and there's plenty of closets - finally, you can have your cake and eat it too! The apartment is NO FEE and available immediately, is pet friendly and heat included! The location is unmatched, just hop downstairs to pick up that amazing magical cut of aged prime rib eye steak or custom blended chorizo from the most famous butcher shop in Brooklyn - Paisano's. Located on the very corner of Smith St. Wyckoff, the subway is a half block in either direction. With all the lovely cafes, restaurants, bookshops, delis, butcher shops, you will have incredible access to all of the historic and charming Carroll Gardens and Cobble Hill.

Bushwick | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

As one of the most diverse neighborhoods in New York, Bushwick offers a perfect snapshot of just how multicultural the city is. Long-established as an amalgam of cultures and ethnicities, a wave of varying types of immigrants trickled in from the seventeenth to twentieth centuries, with Bushwick largely becoming a home to Hispanics of Puerto Rican and Dominican backgrounds by the latter part of the twentieth century.

With the Bushwick Initiative of the mid-00s that aided in revitalization, it became an attractive area to young professionals and artists. And even now, Bushwick has sustained affordable rent prices where other North Brooklyn counterparts, like Williamsburg and Greenpoint, have become more expensive. Priding itself on the weird and the wacky, numerous art collectives thrive in this part of Brooklyn, once famously named the seventh coolest neighborhood in the world by Vogue.

Though it has drawn in many tourists in recent years (there’s even a graffiti tour you can take from the Bushwick Collective), the neighborhood remains very much community-oriented, and has not been subject to quite the same sort of corporate infiltration phenomenon of its nearby Williamsburg environs.

But yes, of course, Bushwick has come a very long way from its 80s and 90s reputation as being “The Well,” a nickname given to it for its free-flowing and widely available amount of drugs (quantity over quality being the cliche applied here).
