Property Description for 111 Third Ave, 7-C

This is the first available apartment on the coveted "C" line in nearly a decade! Incredible corner apartment in mint condition. With double exposure (south and west), it is drenched with sunlight. The well appointed layout features a huge living room with a wall of windows, and a separate dining nook (which can also be used as an office area in these "work from home" times) right off the beautifully done windowed kitchen (with stainless steel appliances and abundant counter space). The windowed bathroom features very cool cobalt blue tilework in the shower to go along with the classic large off white tile on the walls and floor. Top it off with a king sized bedroom which also has a wall of windows and great closet space. The building features a full time doorman; beautifully landscaped roof deck with 360 degree views and a bocce court; a courtyard with a basketball court and a BBQ; laundry room and a live in super. Great location, a block from the Union Square subway station (4,5,6,L,N,R,Q,W trains), the Farmer's Market, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.

East Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The East Village has two distinct moods. By day, it is quiet and peaceful. Everyone is out and about, either working or relaxing at Tompkins Square Park, strolling or jogging along the East River, or hanging out in one of the subsets of cultural activity, such as St. Mark’s Place.

But then night falls, and the East Village comes to life, keeping the entertainment and nightlife going long after the other neighborhoods have called it quits for the night. People from all five boroughs flock to the dive bars and speakeasies, head for their favorite cafes and restaurants, or drop in to a music venue to listen to hot tunes or cool jazz and dance the night away. Don’t worry, you don’t have to “know somebody” to gain admittance to even the most popular venues. You won’t find velvet ropes, bouncers, or and a waiting list at the door of most places. Just walk right in and enjoy yourself.

Be prepared for the increased population during fall through spring, when NYU is in session. College students will be everywhere, contributing to the youthful essense of the neighborhood.
