589 3rd Street

There is no other block like the Park block of 3rd St. A wide street, the houses all set back from the broad sidewalk, each with its own iteration of a gorgeous year-round garden.

The next area of the basement houses the new Gas fired boiler, oversized AO Smith water heater, and the guts of the two zoned CAC system.
