This is a lovely Penthouse retreat with amazing views of the NYC skyline, George Washington Bridge, Hudson River and Palisades. You truly feel like you're floating amongst the clouds with these views. This is a large alcove studio with five oversized windows facing west allowing for beautiful sunsets and a lot of natural light. The alcove area is large enough to accommodate a king size bed. There are wood floors and ample closets throughout.
Skyview on the Hudson is a full service complex with 24 hour doorman, large high end gym where trainers, massage therapists and classes are offered, Olympic size pool, kiddie pool, shuttle service, tennis and basketball courts, playground, and dog park ALL included in monthly maintenance. 1 dog per apartment and $70 cable/internet fee.

Riverdale is primarily residential with a substantial number of single-family homes and corridors of high-rise apartments. There are many large parks, and they play a major role in the lives of the residents, as they are a primary source of entertainment. Clean, safe streets make Riverdale a great place to walk or cycle. Some streets are divided, with traffic in one direction being at an entirely different level than traffic headed the opposite way on the same street.
