The BATHROOM also got some upgrades and is nicely tiled but only a shower( NO TUB). Three flights of stairs gets you to a warm and inviting new home I can highly recommend. January 1 or earlier is ideal but the owner may consider a January 15 2021 start date. Heat and hot water included in the rent. You could not find better and more responsible owners. People who visit or make their home here rarely want to leave it.Pets: the owner is good with a pet if trained and friendly but its on approval.

The streets are shady and tree-lined, and many feature brownstones and townhouses that sport sizeable front gardens, adding to the natural charm of the neighborhood.
