Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, 260 Bowery is an art piece, limited to just 5 residences. Each home features its own outdoor space and generous room for entertaining. Designed to the tune of “living spaces, not sleeping spaces”, the building is swathed in beautiful architectural masonry in concert with the creative spirit of the neighborhood and offers unique sanctuaries above the hustle and bustle that is Manhattan.

The PH of this limited-edition condominium offering is an entertainer’s dream, with over 1,000sqft of balconies and terrace spread over three levels and a rooftop outdoor kitchen, the opportunities for alfresco meals and gatherings under the stars are boundless. The keyed elevator opens to an expansive 4,150 square foot four bedrooms, four bathrooms home, with a generous living room, and additional dining, library, and media rooms. The expansive European Aluprof windows with UV protection and sound proofing enhance the tranquility of this duplex floor through home. Stunning 11" wide European white oak floors accentuate the custom designed aluminum clad kitchens that feature honed quartzite countertops and backsplash, oversized fireclay sinks with Dornbracht fixtures, and a top-of-the-line Gaggenau and PITT Cooking appliance package.

The master suite is a quiet sanctuary with a massive walk-in closet and additional access to the balcony via floor to ceiling glass doors that flood the space with light. The master bath is finished with large format honed silver shadow blue marble, custom prime European white oak cabinetry with Calacatta marble countertops and Dornbracht fixtures throughout. A glass enclosed wet room offers a steam shower with a Calacatta marble shower bench and separate soaking tub. Secondary bathrooms offer large format concrete tiled floors, and Calacatta Prima marble tiled walls, vanities, and tubs.

260 Bowery is situated in the Bowery Historic District, where four of the oldest and most authentic downtown neighborhoods meet. In a community as electric and eclectic as the Bowery district, life is a mélange of traditional New York landmarks like the Bowery Ballroom, cultural icons such as the SANAA-designed New Museum, and world-class shopping and dining. Residents will enjoy a virtual doorman, bike room, and a phenomenal shared roof terrace with grill and singular city views. Storage is available for purchase. The complete offering terms are in an offering plan available from Sponsor File No. CD17-0060.

Little Italy | Manhattan

Quick Profile

It’s fitting that the neighborhood’s name is Little Italy because It’s been getting smaller for decades. The Italian immigrants that flooded New York City and built the vibrant ethnic enclave in the 1860s and 1880s eventually left for greener pastures, assimilating into other parts of the city or suburbs. The disappearance of Little Italy is a sad story as far as neighborhoods go, but it’s one that should be told.

Little Italy once spanned 50 square blocks and represented the biggest population of Italian immigrants in America. But in recent years, it’s been squeezed by the growth of Chinatown and SoHo and muscled from the rebranding of other neighborhoods like NoHo and NoLIta. In fact, NoLita was the culprit that cut the neighborhood in two. Little Italy’s boundaries may vary depending upon who you ask. Today it’s down to just a few blocks along Mulberry Street.

One of the best ways to experience Little Italy is through its food. Take your pick from mom-and-pop markets, meat and cheese shops, or authentic sit-down restaurants that offer the very best in Italian cuisine.

Every September (since 1926), the neighborhood hosts the Feast of San Gennaro, which celebrates the patron Saint of Naples Italy. 11 days of food, colorful parades, music performances, and more food. The aroma of zeppole and grilled sausage can be smelt for blocks. Try planning your visit around this festive time. It’s well worth it.
