The proposed Medical Office development will be a new seven-story medical office building with approximately 11,000 gross square feet of floor area. The building will have a footprint of 20.00 wide x 80.00 deep at 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, with a rear yard of 20.00 wide by 21.17 deep.
