Introducing 803 Quincy Street, a brand new eight-unit boutique condominium comprised of one - three bedroom (1BR - 3BR) residences in the historic Stuyvesant-Heights section of Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.

Residence #4R is a three bedroom, two bath (3BR/2BTH) duplex totaling 1,063 sq. ft. with a 526 sq. ft. private roof deck. Highlights include wide planked hardwood Oak floors, oversized windows allowing for an abundance of natural light throughout, high ceilings, LED mood lighting, an eco-friendly Mitsubishi ductless HVAC system, plus washer/dryer hookup.

The clean, minimal kitchen is outfitted for the serious home chef and features modern accents such as white quartz countertops, square ceramic tiles/backsplash, white & grey matte finished cabinetry with oil rubbed bronze hardware, and undermount lighting. Unwind in the sleek & contemporary bathroom as you indulge in the deep soaking tub with rain style shower head, wood patterned ceramic tile surround, and aged brass fixtures complete with Carrera marble countertop on the vanity.

Situated in the historic Stuyvesant-Heights section of Brooklyn, the neighborhood is known for it's beautiful, tree lined streets boasting the largest collection of brownstones with intact Victorian style architecture in the country (many dating back to before the 19th century). Close proximity to the main thoroughfares of Malcolm X Blvd. AND Broadway allow for easy access to the conveniences of both Bed-Stuy as well as Bushwick.

803 Quincy is also surrounded by an abundance of local establishments such as: Toad Style, Soldier, Bed-Stuy Fish Fry, Chez Alex, The Wilky, Wonderville, L'Antagoniste, Trad Room, and much more on the way. Transportation options via the J/Z trains nearby at Gates Ave, and multiple bus routes as well as the C train on Ralph Avenue make commuting a breeze! This is not an offering. Bedford Stuyvesant | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Known for its historic brownstones and tight-knit enclave, Bed-Stuy has increasingly left behind its early reputation for being a “bedroom community” and transcended into a highly desirable neighborhood.

Distinct for its aesthetic, it is populated with ornate buildings characterized by cornices, friezes, finials, fluting and other marks of classic architecture. Built up during the period from 1870 to 1900, its historic district runs to the north of Jefferson Avenue, to the east of Malcolm X Boulevard and to the west of Tompkins Avenue.

At one point known as “Brooklyn’s Little Harlem,” the shape of the area has shifted toward attracting a wider demographic of people thanks to the influx of bars, restaurants, antique furniture stores and vintage boutiques. More police enforcement paired with the decline of the crack epidemic at the beginning of the 2000s also opened the door for increased development, as well as the occupation of formerly abandoned buildings and spaces.
