Penthouse One invites connection to the city through panoramic views of the Hudson River and skyline. Tall, minimalist windows span the Southern faade for peak light exposure. They convert into a screen, which can be opened entirely, as can the sliding wall of windows to the north. This seamless transition aligns the indoor space with the ample outdoor lounge area, creating a sense of unity between the two and highlighting ABI Chelsea's commitment to an integrated indoor and outdoor lifestyle. In addition, the Penthouse One rooftop garden and swimming pool, accessed by the private elevator, provide unobstructed access to the cityscape.
