NOW OFFERING TWO YEARS TAXES PAID BY SPONSOR FOR ALL SIGNED CONTRACTS EXECUTED BY JUNE 30th, 2021

This gracious two bedroom, two bath home offers open city views from its East and West exposures along with a gallery wall entry and open kitchen layout with Caesarstone island waterfall countertop.

With interiors designed by ODA New York, The Brooklyn Grove features a subtle mingling of organic materials and lush textures. Each room offers unexpected touches and welcome surprises including wide plank oak flooring throughout. In the kitchen, custom rift oak cabinetry strikes a distinct contrast against the concrete-hued Caesarstone countertop, Taj Mahal stone backsplash, and antique brass hardware. The elegance of the master bathroom is perfected with two types of marble and stone mingling to create a neutral palette that lets the world fall away. A composition of Santa Marina stone tile walls, Waterworks fixtures, and oak vanity with Fior di Bosco countertops compete the bath.

A new kind of building has taken root in Downtown Brooklyn. The Brooklyn Grove's faade makes a statement along Nevins Street, featuring subtly glazed brick and distinctive windows that draw the eye upwards. Reminiscent of an ancient Japanese temple, the inviting attended lobby is rich in thoughtful materiality, with sightlines to Grove Place and beyond. Cutting-edge culture, boutique shopping and the best dining are all located right outside its doors. The Brooklyn Grove's multi-textured design story continues with the residents' lounge, located in a soaring space with 22-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, a pool table and screening area. The rooftop lounge features idyllic views of Fort Greene Park, with lounging and dining areas, and BBQ grill for al fresco gathering. Wellness amenities include a 40-foot indoor swimming pool and fitness center with yoga room. Conveniently equipped with a kitchenette, the private dining room is a place to bring friends and family together for celebratory dinners and drinks. Parking, a children's playroom, pet spa, and package, private, and bike storage round out the extensive amenities offering.

Boerum Hill | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Boerum Hill is a tiny, quiet, primarily residential neighborhood in Brooklyn. There are broad tree-lined streets that are filled with elegant three and four-story brownstones and townhouses, mostly built between 1840 and 1870. There is a definite family vibe to the neighborhood, but young professionals are moving in, and with them are coming trendy bars to cater to their desire for some measure of nightlife, without having to linger in Manhattan. These new bars and restaurants are being sandwiched in amongst existing shops on both Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street, which are the main commercial areas in Boerum Hill.

Boerum Hill offers a convenient location that is still able to maintain its small-neighborhood feel. Shopkeepers value their customers and remember their regulars. It continues to do what it was designed to do, namely provide small-town living in the very shadow of the big city. Boerum Hill is an easy commute to other parts of the city, making it easy to come home every day to the peace and tranquility of Boerum Hill while commuting to a job anywhere in the city.

The neighborhood is quite walkable and you can take the time to catch up with your neighbors while visiting on their stoops. Shopping on Atlantic Avenue is stress-free with no high pressure. You can meet with friends at any of the many coffee shops and while away pleasant hours in conversation. The dining scene on Smith Street is similarly laid-back. Don’t expect that there will be quite as much to see or do as there is in Manhattan, but there are a decent number of interesting bars and restaurants providing a measure of nightlife. The trade-off is worth it, as Boerum Hill provides a quiet, peaceful place to live and raise a family.
