Property Description for 151 Quincy Street, 3-B

Designed by revered SpearHead Architecture & Design, 151 Quincy Street is a newly built boutique condominium at the crossroads of Bedford Stuyvesant and Clinton Hill, two of Brooklyn’s most treasured neighborhoods. Behind the building’s striking double-facade with rounded brick arches, you will enter to be greeted by gorgeous custom millwork in building’s entry. Apartment 2B at 151 Quincy Street is a large one-bedroom apartment with a private balcony off of the living area, which offers beautiful 7-inch-wide oak hardwood flooring taking in brilliant natural light through two sets of oversized Pella windows. The sleek and completely custom chef’s kitchen boasts gorgeous quartz countertops, high end and appliances by Bosch, Blomberg and Maytag, and stone-clad vented exhaust hood. The comfortable bedroom provides plenty of space and has a completely custom outfitted windowed walk-in-closet which could easily be used as a home office. The designer bath has radiant heated flooring and has been tastefully finished with large format gray tiles, matte black accents, and a wide vanity for storage. All residences have their own washer/dryer hookups, and most have their own private outdoor spaces. 151 Quincy Street is perfectly located at the border of Clinton Hill and Bedford Stuyvesant, just named one of Time Out New York’s five coolest neighborhoods in the world. Local hot spots in both neighborhoods, including Black Swan, Do Or Dive, Pilar Cuban Eatery, Clementine Bakery, Playground Coffee Shop, Golda, Fancy Nancy, Samurai Papa, and the Bedford Stuyvesant YMCA are all within a few blocks! You’re close to the A/C/G trains at the Franklin or Bedford-Nostrand stops, making commuting a breeze. Images shown are a combination of model units and artist renderings. This is not an offering. The complete offering terms are in an offering plan available from the File No. CD20-0189.

Bedford Stuyvesant | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Known for its historic brownstones and tight-knit enclave, Bed-Stuy has increasingly left behind its early reputation for being a “bedroom community” and transcended into a highly desirable neighborhood.

Distinct for its aesthetic, it is populated with ornate buildings characterized by cornices, friezes, finials, fluting and other marks of classic architecture. Built up during the period from 1870 to 1900, its historic district runs to the north of Jefferson Avenue, to the east of Malcolm X Boulevard and to the west of Tompkins Avenue.

At one point known as “Brooklyn’s Little Harlem,” the shape of the area has shifted toward attracting a wider demographic of people thanks to the influx of bars, restaurants, antique furniture stores and vintage boutiques. More police enforcement paired with the decline of the crack epidemic at the beginning of the 2000s also opened the door for increased development, as well as the occupation of formerly abandoned buildings and spaces.
