Property Description for 19 Beach Street, 3

Sun-soaked full-floor loft living is yours in this extraordinary Tribeca three-bedroom plus office, two-and-a-half-bathroom residence in a contemporary boutique condominium.

Direct elevator access and a welcoming entry gallery invite you into this gorgeous 3,015-square-foot home featuring beautiful hardwood floors and soaring ceilings. Tribeca unfolds at your feet in the expansive 48.5-foot-wide great room, thanks to sunny floor-to-ceiling windows and Juliet balconies facing south and west. Relax in front of the wood burning fireplace in the spacious living room or entertaining under designer lighting in the dining area. The open kitchen dazzles with floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry by Henry Built, a large island/breakfast bar and brand-new upscale stainless appliances, including a vented range, wall oven, built-in microwave and dishwasher.

Head to the owner's suite to discover southern outlooks, a king-size layout, a massive walk-in closet and a renovated en suite spa bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. Two more south-facing bedrooms share a second full renovated bathroom. The large home office includes an in-unit washer-dryer and a convenient separate entrance. You'll find a large coat closet and powder room near the entry, and there's even an area by the mudroom designated for you Peloton! This apartment truly has it all.

Built in 2001, 19 Beach Street is a boutique condominium with just six full-floor homes. Residents of the pet-friendly elevator building enjoy video intercom entry, storage and a glorious roof deck. This desirable Tribeca location is flanked by outstanding shopping, dining and nightlife, including Frenchette, Bubby's, Locanda Verde, Brandy Library and many more. Relax in St. John's or Tribeca Park, or head to sprawling Hudson River Park to discover 500 acres of waterfront open space and recreation with piers 25 and my personal favorite, pier 26. Transportation couldn't be easier with the A/C/E, 1/2/3, N/Q/R/W, J/Z and 6 trains, excellent bus service and CitiBikes within easy reach.

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
