Property Description for 543 Pacific Street, Penthouse

Sweet and sunny, stunning brand new duplex gut renovated penthouse apartment is available for rent in an immaculate owner occupied two family gorgeous townhouse in PRIME Boerum Hill. I know those are a lot of words but I am not finished....bear with me please.

To enter the building you walk up the steps to the townhouse to the charming entrance and from the foyer you enter the apartment and walk up the stairs to floor 1(third floor) of the apartment. This floor houses the kitchen which has an open layout with brand new Samsung appliances, stainless steel, dishwasher and white granite counter tops, massive loft like living area with deco fireplaces, barn doors which can hide a third bedroom/guest room or home office and off the kitchen a private terrace/sanctuary over looking the beautiful gardens which abound the block...oh yeah and a full bathroom with tub(one of three)

The second floor of the apartment(fourth floor of townhouse) consists of a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second queen/king sized bedroom and a hallway or third full bathroom.
The master comes complete with a full en suite bathroom with a tub and a walk in closet as well as skylights and can easily fit a king sized bed plus furniture and then some.
The second bedroom can fit a queen sized bedroom set and if need be a king and the hallway full bathroom is right outside. The washer and dryer are located in this hallway bathroom as well.

You would never know when on the street or in the apartment or enjoying your terrace that literally around the corner, the complete beautiful madness of the Atlantic Pacific Center and 9 trains as well as Whole Foods, Barclays Center and a myriad of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping exist.

The pictures do not do this apartment justice. The owners spared no expense and paid attention to all of the details..barn style pocket doors, recessed lighting, track lighting, top end appliances, climate control in every room etc. etc. etc.

I have videos and can show at all times. I know of every other apartment on the market. clock starts now....tick tick

Boerum Hill | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Boerum Hill is a tiny, quiet, primarily residential neighborhood in Brooklyn. There are broad tree-lined streets that are filled with elegant three and four-story brownstones and townhouses, mostly built between 1840 and 1870. There is a definite family vibe to the neighborhood, but young professionals are moving in, and with them are coming trendy bars to cater to their desire for some measure of nightlife, without having to linger in Manhattan. These new bars and restaurants are being sandwiched in amongst existing shops on both Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street, which are the main commercial areas in Boerum Hill.

Boerum Hill offers a convenient location that is still able to maintain its small-neighborhood feel. Shopkeepers value their customers and remember their regulars. It continues to do what it was designed to do, namely provide small-town living in the very shadow of the big city. Boerum Hill is an easy commute to other parts of the city, making it easy to come home every day to the peace and tranquility of Boerum Hill while commuting to a job anywhere in the city.

The neighborhood is quite walkable and you can take the time to catch up with your neighbors while visiting on their stoops. Shopping on Atlantic Avenue is stress-free with no high pressure. You can meet with friends at any of the many coffee shops and while away pleasant hours in conversation. The dining scene on Smith Street is similarly laid-back. Don’t expect that there will be quite as much to see or do as there is in Manhattan, but there are a decent number of interesting bars and restaurants providing a measure of nightlife. The trade-off is worth it, as Boerum Hill provides a quiet, peaceful place to live and raise a family.
