Property Description for 515 West 18th Street, 504

Welcome to your new home!

As you walk into your home, you'll be greeted by the dramatic three-dimensional bay windows - and you haven't seen the best part yet. As you walk through your oversized great room and look out the bay windows, you'll get an amazing view since your apartment overlooks the High Line Park. You'll get a ton of natural light with the openness as it fills up your living room with 10'9" ceilings.

That's just one of the many amazing things about this apartment.

If you like to cook, you'll love your kitchen. It's been custom designed by March & White and includes custom bronze finished trim with some of the best appliances from Gaggenau, including a wine refrigerator, dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven. A custom light fixture (it's made out of bronze-finished metal with specialty glass) is suspended from the air, along with convex fluted oak cabinetry, Calacatta Venato marble slap countertops and backsplash. In short, you'll have an amazing and beautiful kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Best of all, it's an open kitchen and overlooks the living room so you can still talk and hang out with your friends and loved ones while you cook up a feast.

As you walk into your primary bedroom, you'll be welcome with dual closets and the en-suite bathroom with Nestos Biege marble slab flooring and walls, polished Opal White marble countertops, a built-in mirror and medicine cabinet with custom-designed bronze-finished metal and specialty glass wall sconces and fluted mirror panels, custom vanity, wall-mounted Toto toilet and radiant floor heating. What you'll love about this apartment is that this will be your private bathroom since there's a half bathroom near the entrance. That's perfect for your friends and loved ones so that you keep your bathroom private and separate from them.

As if your apartment wasn't great already, you also have access to Lantern House's suite of amenities, which were designed to bring you an unrivaled experience.

- 75' swimming pool for you to do a few laps in
- Infrared sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, massage/treatment room, and steam rooms for you to treat and take care of yourself
- Health Club managed by Equinox for you to get your sweat on without leaving the building

- Rooftop lounge which is perfect for summer

Not only do you have access to these, but you can also enjoy exclusive programming, community events, and preferred access, tickets, and other benefits to an elite segment of art, media, fashion, culinary, wellness, and cultural experiences.

Your home is in a 22-story condominium that flanks the High Line Park in the most desirable part of West Chelsea and just moments from Hudson River Park, Hudson Yards, Meatpacking District, the Gallery District and the West Village.

You have a variety of grocery shopping from Trader Joe's, Chelsea Square Market, and Whole Foods Market. And if you're a foodie, you are covered. From some of the best tacos in NYC at Los Tacos No. 1, or having an exquisite dinner at the Restoration Hardware Rooftop restaurant, or eating nutella french toast for brunch at Banter, there's endless varieties and options for you to choose from.

Best of all, it's easy to get around the city with the A, C, E, and L train at 14th Street (8th Avenue).

With everything this apartment offers, it's an amazing home to be in.

Come take a look inside!

Chelsea | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The row houses portray the world-class architecture of Greek Revival, Italianate and Georgian styles. The population is both ethnically and socially diverse, which is reflected in the restaurants and retail businesses in the neighborhood.

Western Chelsea is the center of the NYC art world, where you will find more than 200 art galleries housed in rehabbed factories and warehouses, as well as in newly-constructed buildings.

While people of many different cultures call Chelsea home, it has been a mecca over the years for people in the LGBTQ community. One census reported that as many as 22% of its residents were gay couples. Eighth Avenue is a trendy area for LGBTQ-oriented dining and shopping. Although it no longer draws the LGBTQ population that it once did, Chelsea still has many popular alternative bars.

Chelsea is primarily residential, consisting of a mixture of diverse complexes, low-rise apartment blocks, tenements, townhouses, renovated row houses, and luxury high-rises.

Chelsea is an interesting and sought-after place to live, with unique clothing boutiques, restaurants, and delis representing cultures from around the world. In addition to its quirky establishments, Chelsea has fine dining restaurants and a vibrant, hip nightlife, which adds to its allure.

Chelsea is well-served by public transportation. At least six city bus routes traverse Chelsea. There are three NYC subway routes with stops on Seventh Avenue, three on Eighth Avenue, and two more on Sixth Avenue. The 34th Street - Hudson Yards Station opened in 2015 with its main entrance in Chelsea.
