Small dogs permitted upon approval. Close to all local conveniences. One month broker fee applies. Management only accepts only ONE pet (only 1 dog or 1 cat). If applicants has a pet, I will need a picture of the dog with submission of application. If a pet is accepted, the dog should be less than 25 pounds and all applicants are required to obtain pet insurance with the Owner/landlord added as additional insured, which is submitted to management prior to signing a lease. If applicant(s) have a guarantor, the guarantor should be resident in the state of New York only. We do not accept out-of-state guarantors.
