What’s exceptional about this apartment is how the developers have played with the outdoor space: you can go from one room to another by walking through your outdoor space!

The apartment has been decorated with great care by our designer team here at HarmoNYCity and a high degree of attention has been brought to details to meet the standing of the apartment and building: custom made and designer furniture from Cassina by Le Corbusier and Mario Bellini, Kartell by Philippe Starck, HD TV Sony Flat screen, DVD player, I-Pod player by Geneva….

Only high quality materials and appliances have been used throughout the apartment: cerused oak flooring throughout, glass cabinets and elegant white marble bathrooms. The lavish Boffi kitchens are adorned with wood lacquer cabinetry, wine cooler, Mont Blanc Agglomerate stone counters, glass tiled backsplash, oak light vanilla wash wood flooring, integrated refrigerator, Electrolux high speed oven, washer and dryer and Bosch gas cooktop.

Penthouse is in an absolutely exciting condominium located in New York Financial District. Conveniently located just minutes from trendy boutiques: Tiffany&Co, Hermès, Pink and fine dining options such as the delicious Cipriani, beautiful parks, Seaport and transportation.

Building is the fully equipped fitness center, complete with cardio space, weight training, a yoga/dance studio and a treatment room for private massages. There is also a clubroom for entertaining and also contains an espresso bar, catering kitchen, billiards, plasma TVs and Wi-fi. For those who prefer a relaxing movie night, there is a multimedia lounge with wrap-around sofas, projection TV/DVD and surround-sound stereo. Residents who enjoy the outdoors can unwind at the glass-enclosed beach, hot tub, barbecue site or fireplace, or they can journey up to the rooftop solarium for drinks and stunning views.

Prime location at the corner of Wall and Water Streets places it at the epicenter of the Financial District, one of New York City’s fastest growing residential neighborhoods, and home to world-class luxury retailers, including Tiffany and Hermes, charming boutiques, parks and fine dining.

Financial District | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The Financial District (FiDi) today is a bit of a hybrid neighborhood, as the residential component continues to grow in an area that has been historically dominated by the financial and insurance industries. The residential experiment, which began more than two decades ago, continues to evolve in an area with a large concentration of older, large office buildings. Developers have taken to these aged buildings and have re-positioned them as residential properties. In turn, the public spaces, services and retail establishments needed for a thriving residential neighborhood have followed making this an important destination for city residents.

Since 2000, the residential population of the Financial District has nearly tripled in size from about 23,000 residents to more than 60,000 inhabitants. Many of the residential pioneers to FiDi were people attracted to the lower rents in the neighborhood, particularly the post-collegiate crowd. While the millennials still maintain a large footprint here, there are plenty of families that now consider the Wall Street area home.

Many of those that live in the Financial District walk to work. If you reside here and need to commute elsewhere, the transportation from here is about as good as it gets. Express trains can take you to Midtown, either east or west, in twenty minutes. Brooklyn is but a single subway stop away. There are also ferries across to Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.
