Property Description for 66 North 3rd Street, 2

WILLIAMSBURG 3-BED 3-BATH AVAILABLE IN EARLY JANUARY 1-2 YEAR LEASE TERM Fully Furnished or Unfurnished

Designed inside and out with a fresh, contemporary spin, the Rowan pays homage to the industrial and unique character of Williamsburg, inspired by the past and designed for the future.

Residence #2 is an expansive floor-thru 1,995 sq ft 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on the second floor of a boutique condominium building with jaw dropping private outdoor space elevated above ground level for privacy and security. The sleek finishes such as exposed concrete ceilings, gorgeous 7 1/2" Wide Tuileries Oak Floors, and huge Schuco Casement triple pane windows are the epitome of contemporary Brooklyn living. Here you will enjoy three full bathrooms, two of which contain floating double vanities, heated floors and three adjoining massive California Closets. The gourmet kitchen with fully equipped appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private keyed-elevator access only enhances this loft-like gem. Other essential features include multi-zone heating and cooling, LED lighting, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Designed around the open-concept living, the living area leads seamlessly onto a private balcony, giving the space a rare indoor/outdoor style of living that sets a new standard for how to live in NYC. The owners have made major upgrades to the outdoor space, adding built-in dedicated dining and lounge areas nestled under a modern gazebo made of teak. And best of all, the space is further enhanced with bucolic self-irrigated landscaping that breathes color and life into the already extraordinary outdoor space. The kitchen is equipped with Bianco Puro countertops and backsplashes, elegant matte black cabinetry, a wine cooler, and a suite of fully-equipped stainless steel appliances from Sub-Zero, Liebherr, and Bosch. Best of all, there is a fully outfitted walk-in storage room off the kitchen that double as a pantry closet that will satisfy even the most avid chef. The master bedroom boasts a considerable walk-in closet as well as a marble en- suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.

The Rowan is just a few paces away from the waterfront. Amenities include a virtual doorman system and video intercom, a package room, bicycle storage, keyless entry, and huge private storage in the basement. Surrounded by a multitude of trendy restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, and shops. Nearby green spaces include Domino Park, Grand Ferry, Bushwick Inlet, and East River State Parks. Public transportation options include the L subway line and the NYC Ferry.

Williamsburg | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Equal parts family-friendly and millennial haven/nightlife destination, Williamsburg offers the best of all worlds. Whether by night or by day, the ‘Burg has endless options for every type of personality and interest--which has only increasingly become the case after the neighborhood was rezoned in 2005. With the floodgate opened for more varied types of businesses, Williamsburg saw one of the highest rates of development in the past decade than any other part of Brooklyn.

Referred to as “Little Berlin” for its late night and club-oriented nature, Williamsburg works as hard as it plays. Apart from the Clubland concentrated around Wythe Avenue, there is also a slew of offices (like 25 Kent Avenue, a sprawling eight-floor, 500,000-square foot waterfront building) and co-working spaces such as WeWork, The Yard and Green Desk that make it an ideal location for the corporate-, startup- and tech-oriented set.

With more offices setting their sights on this part of Brooklyn, it only makes sense that more people want to live close to where they work. Apart from your average walk-up apartment, W-burg has famously become home to numerous condos along the waterfront that continue to grow and expand in concert with the businesses and corporate hubs that have entered the environment.

Even with its many and undeniable changes, however, Williamsburg remains an arts-friendly community, particularly with regard to music and literature. While DIY spaces have come and gone, certain staples have persisted to become institutions that still provide a place for up and coming musicians to perform. On the literary front, long-standing indie bookstores like Spoonbill and Sugartown and Book Thug Nation have paved the way for others to cross the river, namely McNally Jackson Books.
