Residence 30D is a sprawling 2,307sf South and East corner Three Bedroom, Three and a half bath loft residence with a den. Beautiful 7 foot tall oversized casement windows, 11.5 foot ceilings, and 4 inch plank custom-stained white oak floors throughout create prewar proportions with a modern sensibility. The walnut-paneled entry door opens onto a foyer leading to a Great Room with South and East corner windows capturing the Oculus, Santiago Calatrava's sculptural landmark and the iconic New York City skyline.

The kitchen features Calacatta Gold marble countertops, backsplash, and an island with seating for four. Adjacent is a versatile windowed den that can also be enjoyed as a dining area or media room. The kitchen features custom cabinetry and hardware, Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer and wine refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, and speed oven. Wolf gas range and oven are fully vented by a recessed stainless steel hood and feature a Dornbracht pot-filler faucet.

The Master Bedroom suite features two walk-in closets, a luxuriously finished five-fixture Master Bath appointed with polished Calacatta Gold marble tiled walls, high honed herringbone pattern marble floors with Lagos Blue limestone accent, Waterworks fittings and tub, steam shower, custom designed vanity with under-mount sinks and radiant heated floors.

The Second and Third Bedrooms have en-suite baths with a sophisticated combination of materials including a high-honed Vanilla Cream marble herringbone tiled floor and vanity countertop with Waterworks fixtures paired with white ceramic crackle tiled wall detailing. The elegant Powder Room features Supai stone slab wainscot, vanity countertop and floors with a Lagos Blue limestone border framing the custom vanity crafted from natural walnut with antiqued brass finish detailing and Waterworks fittings. Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
