Property Description for 779 Riverside Drive, B-10

NO FEE! King-sized split bedroom layout, exposed brick, and stainless steel appliances! All only a little more than one block from the 1 train! Snag up this large and open apartment on the quiet tree-lined Riverside Drive before it's gone!

Upon entering this spacious (over 1,000 sq ft) 2 BED/1 BATH unit, you'll enter into a welcoming foyer/hallway with recessed lighting that connects you to the open kitchen/living room. Throughout the apartment you'll find hardwood floors, multiple windows, and ceiling fans in every room.

The windowed kitchen is a generous size and has plenty of granite-counter space that will make cooking at home comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Connecting the kitchen to the living room is a bar-height granite counter -- with stools it would be a perfect breakfast nook or an excellent way to serve guests.

The living room is accented by an exposed brick wall that has two west facing windows overlooking the Condominium atrium. The exposed brick adds a beautiful color and character to the unit. On either side of the apartment are two large bedrooms separated by the living room, kitchen, and bathroom for maximum. Each bedroom has at least one large closet (the other has two) and can fit a king-sized bed, dressers, and nightstands.

The bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling and comes with a storage mirror, sink with storage underneath, and a soaking tub/shower combo.

The Crillon Court Condominium is a full-service building with amenities that include a doorman, porter, live-in super, bike room, garage, valet parking, laundry, package room and private storage (available for an additional fee).

In addition, the building has a very low group rate for Spectrum TV & Internet: 175+ channels for two TV's plus high speed internet for only $60!

B10 is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS apartment.

Located across from Riverside Park and close to subway and buses (1 train is barely over one block away). Crillon Court Condo's is near NY Presbyterian hospital, City College and Columbia University. This neighborhood has seen tremendous growth over the last few years and is poised for much, much more!

Washington Heights | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Washington Heights, a hilly neighborhood on Manhattan’s northern tip known for its affordable apartments, preserved pre-war buildings, and Dominican food. Some would argue that it's a hidden gem and one of Manhattan's last neighborhoods that has retained its culture. The large swath of land is bordered by Inwood to the north along Dyckman Street, by Harlem to the South along 155th Street, by the Harlem River to the east, and the Hudson River to the West. It is the highest natural point on the Island of Manhattan.

Despite its high residential density, Washington Heights and Inwood have not seen modern housing construction in more than a decade other than relatively small housing units. Midtown Manhattan, Battery Park, TriBeCa, Chelsea, and Hell’s Kitchen, on the other hand, have seen an increase in building. Most of the high rise construction belongs to hospitals such as New York Presbyterian, Columbia University Medical Center, and educational institutions like Yeshiva University and Boricua College.

Washington Heights has access to amazing green spaces like The Cloisters, Fort Washington Park, Highbridge Park and Fort Tryon Park. There is no shortage of historical landmarks either. Remember General George Washington set up his camp in Washington Heights during the Revolutionary War. He used the elevated neighborhood to his tactical advantage to spot the Redcoats. As history would have it, his plan didn’t work out so well and the British occupied New York for seven years.
