Welcome, showing by appointment. Inquire to schedule: An idyllic indoor/ outdoor living apartment home to enjoy and experience day after day in NYC. Come home to where southern warmth, western light and northern calm welcome you. Apartment 7Q is a home with breathing space from your day and for joyful gatherings - a dinner party for special occasions, picnics on the private terraces and relaxation in between. 7Q is unique in a myriad of ways: - Landscaped private outdoor terraces (did you review the floor plan to see the size of the North Terrace?) - Modern Kitchen Appliances (Gaggenau, Miele, Sub-Zero) - Two full bathrooms, one with a soaking tub (Bosch washer and dryer in unit) - Ample Storage in every room - Elegant kitchen with additional refrigerator drawers and built-in Espresso machine - Sunlight from the north, south and west- so all hours of the day! The landscaped terraces embrace you in nature - plants, berries, bees and trees abound. Enjoy open sky moments with northern light or bright southern warmth from two private terraces (1,000 private outdoor square feet). Keep the terrace doors open for an incredible indoor/ outdoor living atmosphere. One could say the home is a treehouse! The dining and living areas combine elegantly to an entertaining space that flows between rooms circling into a windowed kitchen with ample storage and an assortment of appliances. Apartment 7Q has only one neighboring wall to one other apartment via a walk-in closet, and there is no apartment above it. Each bedroom leads out to the expansive northern terrace and the home office or a third bedroom is adjacent to the living room with its own southern facing window. The primary bedroom bathroom has a lovely soaking tub and the hallway bathroom contains the in-unit washer and dryer. There is custom built-in cabinetry throughout the home and many large closets. A landscaper will be provided on a regular schedule for the gardens on the terraces, there is a garage onsite, gym, children’s playroom and exterior bike storage. Pets are allowed. The Centra has a full time doorman and the building is one block from Central Park! NEWLY implemented for the building residents: Weekly Composting. Columbus Avenue’s restaurants and boutique stores are plentiful. From baby boutiques to traveling attire and museum gift shops, plus the Strand bookstore located on West 82nd Street. A variety of cuisines to select from for brunch to dinner - there is no shortage of croissants, ice cream, coffee and outdoor dining options to enjoy within the neighborhood. I look forward to showing you residence 7Q at The Centra.

Upper West Side | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Bracketed on its east and west borders by massive city parks, the Upper West Side (UWS) is known for its greenery, stately and elegant townhomes, safe streets and great schools, all of which make it a very desirable neighborhood for families. The UWS has maintained its community feeling, making it attractive to young professionals and retirees, both of whom want a sense of belonging in the place they call home.

Here you’ll find many apartment buildings, especially those along Central Park West. Historic architecture abounds, anchored by four luxury co-ops - the San Remo, Majestic, Century and Eldorado apartments - all of which have two towers on their interiors. They were built in the 1930s and their design was predicated on a 1929 building code that imposed a height limit on residences facing the street. There are also impressive row houses near Riverside Drive throughout the W 70 and 80 Streets. Above the 90s, you will find smaller buildings where walk-ups are very reasonably priced.

There are several world-class museums and venues dedicated to the performing arts. Plentiful dining can be found in the UWS. You will find everything from quaint Jewish delis serving up bagels and a schmear to sophisticated fine dining that has earned multiple Michelin stars, and everything you could possibly want in between. There is also abundant shopping and a vibrant nightlife.
