Property Description for 9 North Moore Street, 2

Chic one bedroom with a large 2nd bedroom/home office/nursery. High-end design and finishes turn this boutique condo apartment into a luxurious and spa-like home. Apartment remodel was completed in 2021. The kitchen and bathroom are especially fitting in a design feature magazine. Space, flow, attention to detail, and livability!

In proper TriBeCa loft fashion, exit your private elevator into an ample open space for the kitchen, living, and dining room. The Four south-facing oversized windows look out over historic TriBeCa landmarks and shine southern light over your relaxing living room. The kitchen was overbuilt in terms of materials and attention to detail. Everything is acutely considered, from the delicate marble surfaces to the expertly designed dark wood cabinetry to create a balanced design. Exposed brick and hardwood floors are throughout the entire full-floor apartment.

The kitchen is equipped with an in-unit Miele washer/dryer, panel-matched sub-zero fridge, wine fridge, Bosch dishwasher, built-in coffee/espresso maker, and tons of storage. The marble breakfast bar overlooks the dining area, lit by carefully considered lighting fixtures and solutions.

The primary bedroom has four oversized windows for lots of ambient light and a walk-in closet. It's large enough for a king-sized bed a 5-piece furniture set with room to spare. The windowed en-suite primary bathroom has a luxurious tub and a separate terrazzo shower through an arched doorway.

9 North Moore Street is a well-run boutique 4-unit condominium located on a short cobblestone block. TriBeCa landmarks like the Ghostbusters firehouse give the block iconic cache, and the art gallery commercial tenant adds contemporaneity. Steps from world-class dining, new art galleries, shops, and venues make this area a destination. Nearby transportation offers the 1/A/C/E and nearby Citibikes. Deeded storage included.

Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
