Property Description for 77 Fulton Street, 4-M

Finally! A fully gut-renovated move-in ready 1 bedroom with a terrace at Southbridge Towers! Floors, walls, bathroom, kitchen, closets- everything has been re-done in this spectacular home. All that you need to do is move your furniture in. And of course, the maintenance is extremely low and includes utilities.

Upon entering this glamorous home, you'll be struck by its style and impeccable condition. Details such as a wall of beautiful white stone added next to the dining area accentuate the tranquil feel. The 24'10" by 12'1" living/dining area is plenty large enough for a big sectional sofa, 6 person dining table, bar, additional chairs, and much more. The 73 square foot terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, your morning coffee, or perhaps a work from home set up with fresh air.

The gut-renovated kitchen features full-sized stainless steel appliances, dish washer, stone counters, beautiful custom cabinetry, under-cabinet lighting, and even a luxurious wine refrigerator.

The bedroom is 17'3" x 11'2" which would easily fit a king sized bed with accompanying furniture. All closets in the apartment have also been customized to maximize aesthetics and function. The bathroom was renovated and a motorized vent was added.

Southbridge Towers is one of Downtown's hottest co-op's, not only for the generous size of the apartments and very competitive pricing, but also for the extraordinarily low maintenance (which includes all utilities). This apartment also has direct access to a parking garage where shareholders receive preferential pricing. Southbridge Towers is located in prime FiDi, steps from the lively nightlife and restaurants of the Seaport and Tribeca, and very close to the city's most-useful transportation such as the A, C, E, 4, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3, R, W, J, and Z trains.

Seaport District | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The Seaport District sits between the Financial District to the south and the Brooklyn Bridge to the north. The original Seaport designation was limited to the streets east of Water Street from Fletcher Street to Dover Street and incorporated the actual Seaport and the piers. But no more. Today, the neighborhood boundaries have expanded westward toward Park Row and include a surge of new developments in the area around Pace University and City Hall Park.

This is not your father’s Seaport. It is no longer a commercial hub and the seafood industry, which operated out of the port for nearly two hundred years, has been displaced. The older low-rise buildings that line these cobblestoned streets have been repositioned, the SouthBridge towers complex to the east of Water Street has gone free market, multiple commercial buildings have been converted to residential usage and new gleaming residential towers are rising on the site of the iconic J&R Music World which once lined the east side of Park Row.

Still, the Seaport is a small neighborhood, particularly quaint just north of Beekman Street. The streets are dominated by century-old warehouses and maritime buildings which gives the neighborhood its overt character. The Brooklyn Bridge, on its northern edge, looms in the backdrop.
