Property Description for 200 Chambers Street, 7-L

Welcome to your next turnkey investment property with tenants in place until October 2023.

This is a beautiful home for your tenant. As they walk in, they'll be welcomed by the flood of light streaming through their window wall in their living room with open views, which amplifies the high ceilings of this beautiful one bedroom. For the chef in them, this is their dream kitchen with Viking and SubZero stainless steel appliances, that can help them cook or bake anything that they want. The Basaltina lava stone countertops and Calacatta marble backsplash round out the beautiful kitchen. Best of all, they have a lavish marble bath with a Zuma soaking tub for those days when they want to relax in a nice, warm bath. Not only do they have a beautiful home to come back to but the building has a suite of amenities for them to get the full home experience.

200 Chambers is pet friendly so their fur buddies are welcome. There is a full-service doorman and concierge, along with a grand lobby featuring a Zen garden accented by a calming waterfall display that will welcome them home. There is a beautifully landscaped rooftop terrace for their friends and family to enjoy with them when they come to visit, especially during the warmer months, or they can take them to the resident's lounge, which offers a 60" flat-screen TV, private kitchen, and a glass-enclosed conference room, perfect for when they want to throw a party with friends and family, or for working from home. They can work out in the state-of-the-art gym or take a swim in the 50-foot sky-lit indoor lap pool. Best of all, there is a parking garage in the building, which is rarely found, and we know how hard parking in the city can be. Don't miss your opportunity to own this stunning 1-bedroom condo as this is currently the only 1-bedroom available in the building.

Located in TriBeCa, they are within footsteps of the largest Whole Foods in New York City from their home. Not to mention the amazing Palm Restaurant is conveniently located on the West Street side of the building and they deliver. Getting around New York City is a breeze with the A, C, E, 1, 2, 3 train a three-minute walk away from you.

With just about everything they could ask for, this will make a great home for them and an incredible investment for you.

The tenants are currently in place until October 2023 and have expressed interest in staying beyond them, making for a reliable investment.

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
