Property Description for 569 Jefferson Ave, 2

Welcome to Apartment 2 at the 569 Jefferson Avenue Condominiums! A boutique, 3-unit new development that is unlike anything else on the market.

Longing for a condo with gorgeously preserved interiors, historical details, high-end appliances along with the modern conveniences of a smart home? Your search ends here.

Each of the three units offers something special and will appeal to different budgets. From your first glimpse of the meticulously preserved, exterior facade, you know you won't be entering into a cookie-cutter renovation. Unit 1 (COMING SOON) features a grand 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom triplex with backyard; Unit 2, a spacious and bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom; and Unit 3 a roomy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom with private roof deck.
How to choose?

The renovation of this nearly 20-foot wide, early 1900's-built beauty is thoughtful down to the smallest detail-like the Art Deco light switches.

Enter into Unit 2's bright, south-facing living room with it's beautiful mantel and details. With leafy views on the third floor, this spacious, 806 SF, beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit includes an additional cutout space, ideal for a home office. Unit 2 features copious original and preserved details, including a decorative fireplace mantel, original window moldings, exposed brick, in addition to restored wainscoting and staircases. The meld of historic and modern is seamless: and includes a Mitsubishi A/C and heating system in each room, a German kitchen with Bertazzoni appliances and quartz countertops, Pella windows and glorious European, wide-planked floors. There is a washer/dryer closet as well for ultimate convenience.

The 569 Jefferson Avenue Condos are located in beautiful Bed-Stuy near shopping, restaurants and bars and a stone's throw away from multiple subway lines. This exceptional new development awaits three lucky new owners!

Quick Profile

Known for its historic brownstones and tight-knit enclave, Bed-Stuy has increasingly left behind its early reputation for being a “bedroom community” and transcended into a highly desirable neighborhood.

Distinct for its aesthetic, it is populated with ornate buildings characterized by cornices, friezes, finials, fluting and other marks of classic architecture. Built up during the period from 1870 to 1900, its historic district runs to the north of Jefferson Avenue, to the east of Malcolm X Boulevard and to the west of Tompkins Avenue.

At one point known as “Brooklyn’s Little Harlem,” the shape of the area has shifted toward attracting a wider demographic of people thanks to the influx of bars, restaurants, antique furniture stores and vintage boutiques. More police enforcement paired with the decline of the crack epidemic at the beginning of the 2000s also opened the door for increased development, as well as the occupation of formerly abandoned buildings and spaces.
