Property Description for 111 Fulton Street, 701

Apartment 701 at 111 Fulton is a spacious, airy condominium loft in the heart of the Financial District. Measuring approximately 1,885 square feet, this apartment can be set up as a sprawling 1-bedroom loft or even as a 3-bedroom, given the 3 renovated bathrooms and two additional “flex” rooms. Currently, this home is set up as a 2 bedroom with a formal dining room. Upon entering this home, you'll be immediately awestruck by the 11-12ft ceilings, flexible layout, and generous storage space throughout. Any home chef will love cooking in this modern open kitchen while light streams in through the tall windows of the living room. A suburban-style center island invites home entertaining, the large separate pantry and high-end appliances (Miele and LG), enhance the experience. The principal bedroom, with two oversized floor to ceiling closets, is bathed in natural light from the wall of windows and the spacious en-suite bathroom is like an at-home spa with double sinks, separate shower and tub, and glass enclosed commode. On the other side of this loft is an enormous flex room, currently used as a bedroom, with en-suite bathroom as well. This can be used as a huge bedroom, office, or den. The additional home office, currently used as a dining room, could easily become a media room. This home's third bathroom also has double sinks and vanities with an oversized step-in shower. Lastly, there is a separate extra large closet that houses the washer/dryer and all cleaning supplies, as well as a private storage locker in the basement. 111 Fulton has a full suite of complimentary amenities enjoyed by the residents of this luxury condominium, at no additional cost. It is a pet-friendly building with 24-hour doorman, resident manager, health club, fitness room, pool and spa, central laundry room, lounge, and private storage lockers. It is conveniently located near all major transportation, including PATH train, ferries, and major subway lines, City Hall Park, and the restaurants and shopping that have come to define the best of living in FiDi.

Seaport District | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The Seaport District sits between the Financial District to the south and the Brooklyn Bridge to the north. The original Seaport designation was limited to the streets east of Water Street from Fletcher Street to Dover Street and incorporated the actual Seaport and the piers. But no more. Today, the neighborhood boundaries have expanded westward toward Park Row and include a surge of new developments in the area around Pace University and City Hall Park.

This is not your father’s Seaport. It is no longer a commercial hub and the seafood industry, which operated out of the port for nearly two hundred years, has been displaced. The older low-rise buildings that line these cobblestoned streets have been repositioned, the SouthBridge towers complex to the east of Water Street has gone free market, multiple commercial buildings have been converted to residential usage and new gleaming residential towers are rising on the site of the iconic J&R Music World which once lined the east side of Park Row.

Still, the Seaport is a small neighborhood, particularly quaint just north of Beekman Street. The streets are dominated by century-old warehouses and maritime buildings which gives the neighborhood its overt character. The Brooklyn Bridge, on its northern edge, looms in the backdrop.
