This sophisticated oversized One Bedroom residence at The Greenwich Lane is a rare offering and one of only a handful within this highly coveted condominium. Entering the unit, one can immediately appreciate the luxurious attention to detail. A Chef's Kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the art Sub-Zero, Wolf and Miele vented appliances as well as abundant storage discreetly enclosed in custom-paneled white cabinetry by Thomas O'Brien of Aero Studios. A pale white marble countertop and marble tile backsplash extends to a stunning wide dining counter that can accommodate seating and is ideal for entertaining. There is a Laundry Closet with an oversized vented LG Washer & Dryer as well as a four-pipe HVAC system providing zoned year-round climate control for one's comfort and flexibility. Custom motorized shades throughout provide additional privacy and convenience.
Life at The Greenwich Lane is as much defined by the beautiful residences as it is by an unparalleled array of finishes, amenities and services. The staggering range of amenities includes a full professionally managed Fitness & Wellness Center offering Yoga, Pilates, Massage and Treatment Rooms; a 25-meter Swimming Pool replete with hot tub, elegantly outfitted Changing Rooms with Spa facilities and a Golf Simulator. Additionally there is an elegantly appointed Residents Lounge, private Dining Room with a full Catering Kitchen, a Screening Room, a Playroom, and Bicycle Storage. Additional Storage is available by separate arrangements.
The Greenwich Lane, completed in 2017, is a collection of apartments and townhomes nestled in the West Village, New York's most intimate and desirable neighborhood. LEED-certified architecture by FXFOWLE, and visionary interiors by world-renowned designer Thomas O'Brien of Aero Studios incorporate a rare mix of historical restoration and innovative new construction. The entire complex is built around a lush central private garden, designed by M. Paul Friedberg & Partners, in the spirit of classic village greens. The Art-Deco inspired lobbies are both luxurious and comfortable and the building is fully staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week offering extensive security measures that its many high profile residents expect.

Greenwich Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Birthplace of beatniks, Greenwich Village has always been a neighborhood bursting with creativity, home to artists, poets, musicians and writers. There is a lot of foot traffic in the neighborhood, as it gives convenient access to many other neighborhoods. There are a lot of popular eateries on MacDougal Street and bars on Bleecker Street. The neighborhood has a bit of a college-town feel, due to the presence of NYU. There aren’t large chain stores here, so it isn’t really a mecca for shopaholics, but you can find interesting vintage stores and specialty boutiques.

Available housing is centered on pre-war walk-ups. You can find good deals on the quieter, tree-lined side streets, as opposed to the bustling avenues. There are pockets of brownstones and townhouses, some dating back to the early 19th century, throughout the neighborhood, as well. You will find more luxurious housing in the newer high-rise buildings on Park and Fifth Avenues.

Washington Square Park is the heart of the neighborhood. If you sit near the Arch and close your eyes, you might catch an echo of the music and social history of the Park, floating through the air. Greats like Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, and Paul Simon started their storied careers right here in Greenwich Village. Today, the Village is a celebration of diversity, where everyone is welcome.
