Property Description for 569 Jefferson Ave, 1

Welcome to Apartment 1 at the 569 Jefferson Avenue Condominiums! A boutique, 3-unit new development that is unlike anything else on the market.

Longing for a condo with gorgeously preserved interiors, historical details, high-end appliances along with the modern conveniences of a smart home? Your search ends here.

Each of the three units offers something special and will appeal to different budgets. From your first glimpse of the meticulously preserved, exterior facade, you know you won't be entering into a cookie-cutter renovation. Unit 1 (COMING SOON) features a grand 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom triplex with backyard; Unit 2, a spacious and bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom; and Unit 3 a roomy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom with private roof deck. How to choose?

The renovation of this nearly 20-foot wide, early 1900's-built beauty is thoughtful down to the smallest detail-like the Art Deco light switches. All units also share an enormous storage area in the basement along with bike storage.

This spectacular triplex is as large as many townhouses at 2,551-square feet along with three levels of living and an 852-square foot private yard. Enter through the Parlor Floor level and into the bright, south-facing living room with it's beautiful mantel and details. Through the spacious dining area, you are greeted by a masterfully designed chef's, eat-in kitchen with white cabinets and bountiful countertop and storage space. A door leads to your sizable terrace for al fresco dining and another staircase takes you to your backyard sanctuary. This parlor level also features a classically appointed half-bath with brushed brass fixtures and white tiles. Enter into the middle level of Unit One either down the interior staircase or though the yard, there is also another entrance from the front. This level includes a massive primary bedroom with walk-in closet and a primary bath that could compete with any spa. Two well-proportioned bedrooms are located in the rear also with excellent closet space and share another lovely full-bath. Need even more space for a home office, gym or media room? You will find it on the lower level in the form of an open and generous rec room along with storage and your own dedicated laundry room.

The 569 Jefferson Avenue Condos are located in beautiful Bed-Stuy near shopping, restaurants and bars and a stone's throw away from multiple subway lines. This exceptional new development awaits three lucky new owners!

Quick Profile

Known for its historic brownstones and tight-knit enclave, Bed-Stuy has increasingly left behind its early reputation for being a “bedroom community” and transcended into a highly desirable neighborhood.

Distinct for its aesthetic, it is populated with ornate buildings characterized by cornices, friezes, finials, fluting and other marks of classic architecture. Built up during the period from 1870 to 1900, its historic district runs to the north of Jefferson Avenue, to the east of Malcolm X Boulevard and to the west of Tompkins Avenue.

At one point known as “Brooklyn’s Little Harlem,” the shape of the area has shifted toward attracting a wider demographic of people thanks to the influx of bars, restaurants, antique furniture stores and vintage boutiques. More police enforcement paired with the decline of the crack epidemic at the beginning of the 2000s also opened the door for increased development, as well as the occupation of formerly abandoned buildings and spaces.
