Major Price Reduction!

Welcome to one of the most perfectly laid out “real” one-bedroom residences at 20 Pine Street, the luxury condominium designed by Armani Casa.

As you enter apartment 2314, you are stunned by the extraordinary natural light saturating this high-floor, 991 ft2 (92 m2) corner unit. Then, as you enter the living room, you appreciate the unobstructed and protected views over the Chase Manhattan Plaza and the Iconic 70 Pine Tower to the East.

The 10.5 feet high ceilings and large windows accentuate the sense of space and harmony which accompanies you as you move through this residence and persists in every room.

The flawless, Armani / Casa designed gourmet kitchen, features Sub Zero and Miele appliances and perfectly integrates with the living room.

The extra-large bathroom is a perfect place where you can rejuvenate after a day out in New York. The natural stones, the dark wood, and the architectural lighting, all contribute to make it your own personal spa; complete with a deep dark wood encased soaking tub and a shower stall with recessed rain shower.

For your convenience, the residence also has washer/dryer.

20 Pine Condominium is a full-service, pre-war, and luxury high rise with a set of amenities you won’t even find in most 5 star hotels: Full-time doorman, resident’s library, 25th-floor open-air terrace, a 60 feet (18 meters) lap pool and spa with a Turkish Hamman steam room, full-size gym, a golf simulator, billiards, lounge, and a playroom.

Conveniently close to multiple subway lines, you can reach any destination in Manhattan and Brooklyn in just a few minutes.

The new Financial District has been transformed over the past 10 years. It’s now home to some of the finest restaurants and shops in New York City.

For the lovers of outdoor activities, The East River waterfront, and Pier 17 are just “down the street” (Pine street).

Due to the high demand for quality one-bedroom residences in this neighborhood, you would be able to command high rents, should you wish to purchase this unit as an investment.

Financial District | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The Financial District (FiDi) today is a bit of a hybrid neighborhood, as the residential component continues to grow in an area that has been historically dominated by the financial and insurance industries. The residential experiment, which began more than two decades ago, continues to evolve in an area with a large concentration of older, large office buildings. Developers have taken to these aged buildings and have re-positioned them as residential properties. In turn, the public spaces, services and retail establishments needed for a thriving residential neighborhood have followed making this an important destination for city residents.

Since 2000, the residential population of the Financial District has nearly tripled in size from about 23,000 residents to more than 60,000 inhabitants. Many of the residential pioneers to FiDi were people attracted to the lower rents in the neighborhood, particularly the post-collegiate crowd. While the millennials still maintain a large footprint here, there are plenty of families that now consider the Wall Street area home.

Many of those that live in the Financial District walk to work. If you reside here and need to commute elsewhere, the transportation from here is about as good as it gets. Express trains can take you to Midtown, either east or west, in twenty minutes. Brooklyn is but a single subway stop away. There are also ferries across to Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.
