Property Description for 333 Pearl Street, 11-B

Out of all of the approximate 200 one bedroom apartments to have sold at Southbridge Towers, this is arguably the finest one. The reason for this can be very simply put: a full and very recent no-expense-spared gut renovation and iconic/panoramic must-see river and bridge views. And to top it off, this apartment has an extraordinarily low maintenance of $708 which includes electricity!

The state of the art Chef's kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, under-sink water filtration system, garbage disposal, and beautiful stone countertops.

The bathroom features a gorgeous floating vanity as well as wall-to-wall subway tile.

The entire apartment has been recently skim-coated and painted. It also has new floors and closets throughout.

The living room is enormous and leaves plenty of space for both a suburban-sized living room setup as well as a full separate dining area.

The 76 square foot terrace faces East, over the historic landmarked Seaport District and onto the East River and Brooklyn/Manhattan bridges.

The generously-sized bedroom is about 16.5 11.5 which leaves enough room for a full king-sized bedroom set.

Situated in the Southbridge Towers complex, 333 Pearl Street is in the heart of the exciting Fulton/Seaport section of the Financial District, offering an unbeatable location and extremely low maintenance, which includes electricity and heat. Residents of 333 Pearl Street enjoy doorman service and on-site indoor parking is available for an additional monthly charge. The prime location alongside the Brooklyn Bridge in the thriving FiDi/Seaport neighborhood offers easy access to all of downtown Manhattan's amenities and conveniences. The South Street Seaport is just a few blocks away, providing great restaurants, nightlife and shopping, while the Fulton Center brings world-class retail and unbeatable transportation to the neighborhood, including access to the 2/3, 4/5/6, A/C, J/Z and R trains. Co-purchasing, pied a terries, pets, and subletting are all permitted!

Seaport District | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The Seaport District sits between the Financial District to the south and the Brooklyn Bridge to the north. The original Seaport designation was limited to the streets east of Water Street from Fletcher Street to Dover Street and incorporated the actual Seaport and the piers. But no more. Today, the neighborhood boundaries have expanded westward toward Park Row and include a surge of new developments in the area around Pace University and City Hall Park.

This is not your father’s Seaport. It is no longer a commercial hub and the seafood industry, which operated out of the port for nearly two hundred years, has been displaced. The older low-rise buildings that line these cobblestoned streets have been repositioned, the SouthBridge towers complex to the east of Water Street has gone free market, multiple commercial buildings have been converted to residential usage and new gleaming residential towers are rising on the site of the iconic J&R Music World which once lined the east side of Park Row.

Still, the Seaport is a small neighborhood, particularly quaint just north of Beekman Street. The streets are dominated by century-old warehouses and maritime buildings which gives the neighborhood its overt character. The Brooklyn Bridge, on its northern edge, looms in the backdrop.
