Sprawling Tribeca 4 bedroom with river views

Apartment 9A is a very rare Northwest corner home with stunning river views and extraordinary sunsets! This gorgeous 4 bedroom and 4 and half bath home spans 4100 square feet.

The living room alone is over 750 square feet and boasts 7 over-sized arched windows. Its soaring ceilings are nearly 10 feet, which enhances the loft like feeling in this true Great Room. The stunning all white Poggenpohl kitchen has lacquer cabinetry, quartz counter tops, double wall ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator and imported glass-tiled backsplash and offers plenty of storage, plus an exterior venting exhaust. It can either be open to the Great Room or closed off by beautiful sliding bronze doors.

The serene river facing master suite has an enormous dressing room/walk in closet which leads to a spa-like marble bath with double sinks, separate shower and 6' soaking tub. Down the private corridor of the home, you will pass a stunning home office/library with beautiful built-ins.

Further, you will find 3 additional generous bedrooms with en suite baths and a spacious playroom/den with a separate entrance. A large separate laundry room is conveniently located in this wing. 2 dedicated and built out storage rooms also transfer with this home, and they are located on the same floor as the apt!

This stunning "smart" home has automated sheers and black out shades as well as an integrated speaker system, 3- zone central Heat and AC, and countless fully outfitted closets throughout the apartment.

In the heart of TriBeCa's landmark historic district is 250 West Street built in 1906 and transformed into a unique collection of luxury condominium residences. Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
