BACK ON AGAIN!! One Bedroom Gem!! You want Light and Views!? Do you want space!? If the answer is yes, to both of these questions, then you need to come and take a look at this apartment. Great deal on a one bedroom apartment in a Full-Time Doorman Building. Let’s break it down shall we. LIVING ROOM: A very nice open concept space with large windows and great views! You can do so much with this space. Large couch, coffee table, kitchen table, TV bookshelves etc. There are many layouts you can create with this room KITCHEN: Finally a kitchen that can fit more than just one person. Great counterspace, plenty of cabinetry. Dishwasher and Microwave. What I love is that it has nice cut out looking out into the living room with a nice little extra over lap counter space to put bar stools! BEDROOM: Easily fits a queen size bed, dresser and side table! Great closet space, large windows with excellent light and views. BATHROOM: It’s a bathroom so it has the usual. Large medicine Cabinet, vanity for good storage, shower with tub and toilet. Charming style white tile throughout. The rest of the apartment has hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, fantastic windows, great closet space and more!! The building is wonderful with an amazing 24/7 doorman, laundry in building, package room and outdoor space. Come see in person but if you cannot, a video tour/virtual tour is available. I forgot to talk about the location! The building tucked further back away from the street which is amazing! Feels exclusive. I love this area because around the corner you have a huge Movie theater, Fairway market, Target, starbucks, restaurants, convenient stores, amazing bars and hangout spots! Walk 5 minutes down the street and you have the 6 subway line, Madison park and an easy walk to Union Square! Check this out and set up an appointment today!!! Kips Bay | Manhattan

Quick Profile

If you take a walk through Kips Bay, which is loosely defined as the area between 23rd street and 34th street and the East River to almost Lexington, you’ll quickly learn it's a hodgepodge of sorts and not as well defined as other neighborhoods in New York City. Some New Yorkers say Kips Bay has an identity crisis because 1st, 2nd, and 3rd avenues are distinctly different from one another as you traverse them. Despite the perceived lack of neighborhood vibe there are others that appreciate its affordability and convenience.

First Avenue is dominated by hospitals and hospital buildings such as NYU Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital to name a few. Second Avenue is a mosaic of convenience stores, fast food joints and nondescript brick buildings. Third Avenue is saturated with small bars and gastropubs and the twenty somethings that patronize them.

No judgement against Kips Bay here. It’s a great neighborhood that is just as much a part of New York City as any other neighborhood. Kips Bay It’s bordered by Murray Hill to the North, Stuyvesant Town and Gramercy Park to the South, and Rose Hill to the West. The neighborhood is partly defined by newer high-rise apartments, brick rowhouses, and former tenement buildings.
