Just bring your toothbrush to this meticulously renovated large two bedroom two bath home, in Tribeca's pre-war full service boutique condominium, 25 Murray Street. Enter 4G and you are immediately struck by the expanse of space, 10 foot ceilings, and beautiful brick wall. The loft is set up with an office area, built in bookcase and bar, dining area, living room, which now houses a baby grand piano, and open fully renovated kitchen. The kitchen, which renovation was completed in April 2022, has lacquered finished cabinets, so easy to keep clean, glass subway tile backsplash and a marble patterned quartz countertop. The unique square efficient island has a beautiful waterfall edge, and cabinets open on both sides, with a built-in wine cooler, and can accommodate 4 barstools. There’s a coffee bar with a storage cabinet and the four-door refrigerator has a beverage center with filtered water and a pitcher to make iced tea and ice coffee. The kitchen sink has a garbage disposal and filtered hot/cold water. And just to make this kitchen perfect, the pantry cabinets are large and deep. The open designed kitchen leads to the dining room and living room, which makes the living area relaxing and easy to entertain a large party. The split second bedroom has a double work area, built-in closets, and more brick, this time painted white. The second bathroom was also renovated in Aug 2021 and outfitted with recessed shower shelves, a shower system with a hand shower and 2 body sprays, and double towel rack. Add to this an abundance of closet space and storage throughout, recessed lighting, beautiful custom window treatments, a washer/dryer in the unit (and large laundry room in the building), central air, and floors just sanded and finished in a light natural oak. There is also a separate keyed Storage Closet included with this purchase. 25 Murray has generous amenities which include full time door persons, a landscaped Roof Deck with grill, a Fitness Center with Sauna, Billiards Room, Children's Playroom, laundry room, and Bicycle room. Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
