Property Description for 123 Third Ave, 7-A

Move right in to this most desirable A-line apartment and enjoy sensational corner views facing west toward Union Square and the ConEd building, and north toward the Chrysler building.

An elegant and windowed entry foyer/gallery leads to a light flooded corner Living Room with huge picture windows offering outstanding open views. The large open Kitchen features cabinetry by Poliform, a floor-to-ceiling window, fully integrated Miele appliances, Dornbracht fixtures and sleek Ceaserstone counters with breakfast bar.

The private Primary Bedroom boasts large closets and that same bright Northern exposure. Its en-suite Bathroom features floor-to-ceiling honed Carrera marble walls, seamless Corian double sinks and counter, a Duravit bathtub and separate shower, custom designed triple medicine cabinets with integrated back lighting, and Dornbracht polished chrome fixtures. The second Bedroom has a smartly designed "moving wall"/double pocket door that opens to the Living Room to become a Den, or closes to be kept as a proper Bedroom. Its en-suite bathroom features glass subway tiles, stone floors and pocket doors so that it doubles as a powder room for guests.

Other highlights of this perfect home include expansive triple layer sound insulated picture windows, 10' 2" ceiling heights, rift-cut solid white oak hardwood flooring freshly sanded, a Bosch Axxis washer and dryer, and central heat and air conditioning.

Amenities include a full-service 24-hour doorman, cold storage, a large residents' fitness center, multi-media lounge, and a lovely landscaped garden/outdoor area with grill. Built in 2011 and located just off of Union Square, 123 Third Avenue is a 19-story condominium at 14th Street offering the intimate luxury of only four residences per floor. The building is steps away from some of New York City's finest restaurants, food shopping (Trader Joe's and Whole Foods!), and central transportation. Bicycle Storage and large 5'x7' Storage units available for rent.

East Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The East Village has two distinct moods. By day, it is quiet and peaceful. Everyone is out and about, either working or relaxing at Tompkins Square Park, strolling or jogging along the East River, or hanging out in one of the subsets of cultural activity, such as St. Mark’s Place.

But then night falls, and the East Village comes to life, keeping the entertainment and nightlife going long after the other neighborhoods have called it quits for the night. People from all five boroughs flock to the dive bars and speakeasies, head for their favorite cafes and restaurants, or drop in to a music venue to listen to hot tunes or cool jazz and dance the night away. Don’t worry, you don’t have to “know somebody” to gain admittance to even the most popular venues. You won’t find velvet ropes, bouncers, or and a waiting list at the door of most places. Just walk right in and enjoy yourself.

Be prepared for the increased population during fall through spring, when NYU is in session. College students will be everywhere, contributing to the youthful essense of the neighborhood.
