Property Description for 682 Broadway, 3

Beautifully renovated, this turn-key, full floor 4-bedroom 3-bath home is the quintessential Noho loft. With 11-foot high barrel vaulted ceilings and sophisticated design throughout, no detail was overlooked in its meticulous renovation by leading Los Angeles-based designers Nickey Kehoe. The construction quality is outstanding and it is truly in move-in condition, with multi-zone central A/C, hardwood floors, and top-of-the-line finishes throughout. A key-locked elevator opens into a long and elegant entry gallery, separating the living area from the primary suite. Light from the five oversized windows overlooking the treetops and handsome turn-of-the-century architecture of Great Jones Street draws visitors into the great room, whose impressive scale is perfect for entertaining. Spanning over 43 feet in length, the room offers multiple seating and dining areas, and is open to the beautiful chef’s kitchen. Featuring a massive marble island with counter seating for four and top-of-the-line appliances, including a Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and an integrated Monogram dishwasher, the kitchen is a cook’s dream. Extensive custom cabinetry, including high cabinets accessed by a rolling library ladder, are supplemented by a large walk-in pantry. Returning to the entry hall, a spacious cloakroom doubles as a laundry room, with a stacked oversized washer and dryer. The luxurious corner primary suite occupies its own wing at the western end of the loft. This light filled private oasis has eight oversized windows. The spectacular primary bath is adorned with parquet de versailles hardwood floors, a marble-topped double vanity, a freestanding soaking tub, a walk-in shower with a stone floor and Tadelakt plaster walls, a separate water closet, and generous storage. The exquisite dressing room is fitted with finely crafted custom cabinetry and brass fixtures. Remote-controlled black out shades complete the primary suite. A separate bedroom wing at the opposite end of the loft houses two additional bedrooms, each generously scaled and with ample closet space. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a corner library or den, with coffered ceilings and built-in shelving, which could also be used as a fourth bedroom. A large freight elevator ideal for moving furnishings and art connects the loft to the gated alley alongside the building. Two additional full bathrooms complete the home’s perfect layout. Built in 1903, 682 Broadway is an intimate 15-unit boutique cooperative. The building has a super, is pet friendly, and allows subletting. A storage unit conveys with the apartment. Ideally located in the coveted Noho area of Greenwich Village, at the crossroads of the Village and Soho, 682 Broadway is moments from everything Downtown Manhattan has to offer, including Washington Square Park, Whole Foods, many of the city’s greatest restaurants, cafes, and shopping, and major transportation. Assessment of $950.40 in place for capital improvements through July 2026.

Noho | Manhattan

Quick Profile

NoHo, an acronym for North of Houston, is a trendy neighborhood with expansive lofts, chic shops, and hip eateries. It was once part of Greenwich Village, but as New York City changes and coolness always redefines itself, the neighborhood, which is more like a small nook, has morphed into a happening secession of its own.

Like many New York City neighborhoods, the boundaries are subjective and the exact location always depends on who you ask. Generally, NoHo is understood to be bounded by East Eighth Street to the north, East Houston Street to the south, Bowery Street to the east (which becomes Cooper Square north of East Fourth Street), and Broadway to the west.

It’s hard to believe that NoHo was once a sketchy no-man’s land with more than its share of dilapidated structures. These gentrified days, it’s a healthy mix of older buildings, renovated warehouses and newer construction by iconic architects. For such a small area, NoHo has three historic districts that cover much of the neighborhood.

Broadway, Bowery, and Lafayette is the business district of the neighborhood. You’ll find it all in this neck of the woods. From trendy one of a kind retailers to popular brand stores. It rivals its SoHo neighbor in places to shop.

Architecture buffs get your walking shoes on. There are many historical and modern buildings throughout the neighborhood. Colonnade Row, the Cable Building, and the Schermerhorn Building are just a few of the many notable buildings you’ll find.
