Luxurious living and spectacular views are your daily pleasure in this gorgeous modern 3 Bedroom (convertible 4), 3 full Bathroom condo gem! Located in the heart of prime Tribeca, in an upscale full-service boutique building, Residence 7C was originally designed by Rick Shaver, principal of Pleasant Living, LLC, impeccably renovated in 2019, and showcased in Hudson Magazine, New York Spaces, and multiple European publications. The designer loft is bathed in natural light from huge windows on triple exposures (north, south and east) and provides prized outdoor enjoyment with 2 private terraces (off the great room and primary bedroom). Open views galore extend south from the Freedom Tower to the Midtown's cityscapes further north capturing Union Square and the iconic Empire State Building.

A gracious airy foyer greets your arrival and introduces an elegant ambience enhanced by beautiful blonde wood wide-plank floors and refined finishes throughout. A closet-lined gallery leads to the generous open great room, affording a perfect setting for entertaining and sharing meals. Gather around the wood-burning fireplace with a coffee or cocktail in the lounge area with a built-in bar, sit quietly with your favorite book in the handsome library, or step out via glass doors to the large private planted patio. Hosting is seamless with a divine chef's kitchen nearby for easy serving, equipped with top-of-the-line appointments, premium appliances by Wolf, Sub-Zero, Meile and Bertazzoni, custom cabinetry, and fabulous marble wrapping the countertops, backsplash and breakfast bar.

The deluxe king-size primary bedroom suite is a tranquil retreat featuring a wall of glass and private balcony overlooking the lush courtyard and vistas of the Freedom Tower, extensive closets, and a high-end 5-fixture spa-like bath. Two additional split bedrooms are also positioned well apart from one another, one with stylish en-suite bath, the other adjacent to a full bath with an oversized shower. Other alluring highlights are a convenient in-unit washer-dryer, new plumbing and electrical, high-efficiency Runtal hydronic radiators, CAT 6 cabling with a built-in audio/video system, and a designated storage unit in the basement.

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
