Property Description for 65 Ralph Ave, 2

Welcome to your new humble abode! If your desire is space, location, and great sunlight, 65 Ralph Avenue is what you are looking for! You'll have a beautiful floor through 3 bedroom apartment that will be equipped two 11 X 14 Primary bedrooms and a flex third. Modern 1 and a half baths, along with a modern kitchen, with Frigidaire appliances are placed to serve your culinary needs. Once you walk into your spacious unit, on the left you're greeted with the first primary bedroom. This bedroom will more than comfortably fit a King Sized bed, with plenty of space for your furniture. As you walk into your spacious livingroom, on the left is your second primary with the same size as the first. Connected to this room is bedroom number 3. With this room, you can get creative. Use it as a 3rd bedroom for a child if you'd like. A bedroom for a roommate. An office to work if you from home. A walk in closet. Or better yet, it has it's own entrance. This will be great for a guest room! So in the event you have guests over, instead of coming through the livingroom, they'll have the ability to go straight into the room. The property runs off of Electricity which is included in your rent, along with the heat and hot water. This makes this unit the best deal in Bed-Stuy/Bushwick. 65 Ralph is perfectly situated for transportation. The J and Z trains are seconds away from the Gates Ave train stop. This will get you to Manhattan or Queen in minutes. The B52 can take you to Downtown Brooklyn, or to the M and L lines. Plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities will prove to leave you never having a boring day or night. The famous Williamsburg is also available via the J and Z trains. A trip to Marcy Ave will give you access to the famous Domino Park. Also keep in mind, ALL utilities are included netting the unit to be approximately $2,700. Without the worries of gas, electricity, and wifi, you'll definitely grabbing a deal. Factoring in utilities, a $2,700 a month 3 bedroom apartment can easily cost you upwards of $3,000 or more. You don't want to miss out on this opportunity. Give me a call to schedule a showing for your new apartment and move in before someone else does

Quick Profile

Known for its historic brownstones and tight-knit enclave, Bed-Stuy has increasingly left behind its early reputation for being a “bedroom community” and transcended into a highly desirable neighborhood.

Distinct for its aesthetic, it is populated with ornate buildings characterized by cornices, friezes, finials, fluting and other marks of classic architecture. Built up during the period from 1870 to 1900, its historic district runs to the north of Jefferson Avenue, to the east of Malcolm X Boulevard and to the west of Tompkins Avenue.

At one point known as “Brooklyn’s Little Harlem,” the shape of the area has shifted toward attracting a wider demographic of people thanks to the influx of bars, restaurants, antique furniture stores and vintage boutiques. More police enforcement paired with the decline of the crack epidemic at the beginning of the 2000s also opened the door for increased development, as well as the occupation of formerly abandoned buildings and spaces.
