All Rove properties are professionally designed with both work and vacation in mind. Rove provides a dedicated support team to help with any needs that arise before, during, or after your stay.

The primary bedroom includes a King bed, the second bedroom has a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a full-sized bed.

This home has 2 Rove workstations which typically include a stand/sit desk, ergonomic chair, UHD 27" monitor with integrated USB-C docking station, and a wireless keyboard and mouse.

Rove property rentals are all equipped with smart TV’s with access to Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Live TV and Disney+ as well as SONOS speakers which cover the entire home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of Rove Travel. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $75 charge per stay for reservations less than 14 nights and $150 for reservations of 14 nights or longer. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained.

Chelsea is well-served by public transportation. At least six city bus routes traverse Chelsea. There are three NYC subway routes with stops on Seventh Avenue, three on Eighth Avenue, and two more on Sixth Avenue. The 34th Street - Hudson Yards Station opened in 2015 with its main entrance in Chelsea.
