The two-floor unit boasts luxurious interior finishes, soaring 20-foot ceilings, private keyed elevator entry (to both floors), and two corner balconies perfectly positioned to take in incredible skyline views. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath stunner has seamless living and entertaining space. An entry gallery welcomes you to a modern layout with an impressive south-west corner living/great room opening to a corner balcony and the dramatic dining room with double-height ceilings. Custom electric shades and luxe drapery, a Sonos speaker system, and bonus office space with an entire whiteboard wall are a few added touches that complete the space. Tucked into the north-west corner is the gourmet windowed kitchen outfitted with beautifully designed oak cabinetry and a full complement of Miele and Sub-Zero appliances. Also on the 9th floor is a powder room and a bedroom suite that could easily be used as a home office or den. Ascend to the 10th floor via a handcrafted sculptural staircase where you’ll find the privately positioned primary bedroom and second bedroom suites, which are connected by a catwalk bridge. The corner primary bedroom suite opens to a corner balcony and features incredible views of Noho, a pre-shelved dressing area, and a sleek five-fixture ensuite bath. At the opposite end of this floor is another spacious bedroom suite with ensuite bath and a full-size laundry room with Electrolux washer/dryer. The two fire corridors can be used for extra storage, a stationary bike, etc. 347 Bowery, located at the crossroads of Noho and East Village, is a 13-story boutique residential tower built in 2017 and comprised of only five residences providing the ultimate in privacy. Designed by world-acclaimed architect Annabelle Selldorf, the base of the building is clad in an elongated Belgian brick, the tower is clad in shimmering zinc, and residents enter through a gated mews courtyard that leads to the attended lobby. Please note that some photos are virtually staged.

East Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The East Village has two distinct moods. By day, it is quiet and peaceful. Everyone is out and about, either working or relaxing at Tompkins Square Park, strolling or jogging along the East River, or hanging out in one of the subsets of cultural activity, such as St. Mark’s Place.

But then night falls, and the East Village comes to life, keeping the entertainment and nightlife going long after the other neighborhoods have called it quits for the night. People from all five boroughs flock to the dive bars and speakeasies, head for their favorite cafes and restaurants, or drop in to a music venue to listen to hot tunes or cool jazz and dance the night away. Don’t worry, you don’t have to “know somebody” to gain admittance to even the most popular venues. You won’t find velvet ropes, bouncers, or and a waiting list at the door of most places. Just walk right in and enjoy yourself.

Be prepared for the increased population during fall through spring, when NYU is in session. College students will be everywhere, contributing to the youthful essense of the neighborhood.
