Property Description for 652 Broadway, 3

As you enter this stunning 3,500 square foot loft from your private elevator in NoHo, you're immediately struck by the sheer scale of the space. The soaring ceilings and huge windows flood the space with light, illuminating every inch of the immaculate hardwood floors.

The centerpiece of the loft is undoubtedly the enormous chef's kitchen, with its high-end appliances and externally vented hood. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a budding amateur, this is the kind of kitchen that dreams are made of.

But it's not just the kitchen that impresses. The enormous proportions of the loft mean that every room feels spacious and airy, from the expansive living area to the three generously sized bedrooms. And with brand new central air and private laundry facilities, you'll have all the modern conveniences you could wish for.

Perhaps most remarkable of all, however, is how quiet the loft is. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you'll feel like you're in your own private sanctuary - a feeling that's only heightened by the loft's excellent condition.

In short, this is a loft that's both grand in scale and meticulously crafted, with all the features and amenities you need to live in comfort and style. If you're looking for the ultimate New York living experience, look no further than this remarkable space. Located moments from SoHo, the Lower East Side, Greenwich Village, Washington Square and within an easy reach of Union Square, you will feel like you are literally in the middle of everything.

652 Broadway is a boutique building with on-site basement storage, bike room and private roof deck for residents.

Noho | Manhattan

Quick Profile

NoHo, an acronym for North of Houston, is a trendy neighborhood with expansive lofts, chic shops, and hip eateries. It was once part of Greenwich Village, but as New York City changes and coolness always redefines itself, the neighborhood, which is more like a small nook, has morphed into a happening secession of its own.

Like many New York City neighborhoods, the boundaries are subjective and the exact location always depends on who you ask. Generally, NoHo is understood to be bounded by East Eighth Street to the north, East Houston Street to the south, Bowery Street to the east (which becomes Cooper Square north of East Fourth Street), and Broadway to the west.

It’s hard to believe that NoHo was once a sketchy no-man’s land with more than its share of dilapidated structures. These gentrified days, it’s a healthy mix of older buildings, renovated warehouses and newer construction by iconic architects. For such a small area, NoHo has three historic districts that cover much of the neighborhood.

Broadway, Bowery, and Lafayette is the business district of the neighborhood. You’ll find it all in this neck of the woods. From trendy one of a kind retailers to popular brand stores. It rivals its SoHo neighbor in places to shop.

Architecture buffs get your walking shoes on. There are many historical and modern buildings throughout the neighborhood. Colonnade Row, the Cable Building, and the Schermerhorn Building are just a few of the many notable buildings you’ll find.
